Abstract

Manajemen peserta didik merupakan komponen penting untuk terselenggaranya pendidikan dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik. Peserta didik pada madrasah inklusi memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mengembangkan potensinya sesuai dengan bakat, minat dan kemampuannya baik peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus maupun peserta didik nonberkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: 1) pengelolaan peserta didik di MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura 2) upaya dan kendala pengelolaan peserta didik dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik di MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura melakukan pengelolaan peserta didik secara efektif dan efisien 2) MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura melakukan upaya dalam pengelolaan peserta didik sebagai berikut: (a) pengembangan sumber daya manusia (b) sistem manajemen peserta didik yang efektif dan efisien (c) menyalurkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan umum, potensi, bakat dan minat peserta didik (d) memberikan layanan pendidikan bagi peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura memiliki kendala dalam melakukan pengelolaan peserta didik dalam mengembangkan potensi adalah (a) kurangnya kompetensi guru (b) perlunya kolaborasi guru kelas dan guru pendamping (c) tuntutan akademis bagi peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus (d) keterbatasan sarpras penunjang keterampilan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus (e) belum terdokumentasi hasil prestasi peserta didik. Manajemen peserta didik yang baik penting dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan pendidikan.

ABSTRACT:

Management of students is an important component for the implementation of education in developing the potential of students. Students in inclusive islamic school have the same opportunity to develop their potential in accordance with their talents, interests and abilities, both students with special needs and not students with special needs. This study aims to describe and analyze: 1) effective and efficient management of students in developing the potential of students in their entirety at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura 2) efforts and constraints management of students in developing the potential of students at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura. This research is a qualitative field research. Data obtained through observation, interviews with informants and study documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results showed that 1) effective and efficient management of students in developing the potential of students in their entirety at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura 2) MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura makes efforts in student management as follows: (a) human resource development (b) effective student management system and efficient (c) channeling and developing general abilities, potentials, talents and interests of students (d) providing educational services for students with special needs. MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura has obstacles in managing learners in developing potential is (a) lack of teacher competence (b) the need for collaboration of classroom teachers and accompanying teachers (c) academic demands for students with special needs (d) limitations in supporting students' skills to support the skills of students those with special needs (e) have not documented the achievements of students. Good student management is important in order to improve education services.
