This thesis, under the title private and collective property right in the light of Qur’an, explores the significant of property its self for developing of human being. Every people know about property. Know how to get property and how important of property for our life. But, when discussing and identifying what is the private property and what is the collective property not every one know about it, even many educated people. This is very important because concerning with management of resource, who is the manager, and of course the effect of distribution. In this case, then researcher think that take this title is very important as solving problem.
Like we know, our country is one of richest country in the world. Our country has much of natural resource but the other side many people life under the poverty. Researcher very sure that this problem concerning with the miss management of property, even miss understanding about property so our government fail to identify what kinds of compatible rule or regulation for manage these property. Start from this problem then researcher wants to solve the problems, which are identify the character of private and collective property right in the Qur’an and have the private and collective property right in capitalism and socialism are in line with the Qur’an.
In other side, the Qur’an as the source of guidance always support to human beings in order to develop their human resources in getting welfare. One or it can be as the most important way how to get the welfare is with property. The property is one of important elements for humanity, the reason because with this property, human being can fulfill their needs and can worship to God well.
Therefore, this paper focuses on private and collective property right that is supported by the verses of Qur’an. To make this research systematic, the researcher uses the method of thematic study. As a thematic study, first, it elaborates property right as the main theme through its definition, theory and any other discussions in relation to it. It aims to catch comprehensive overview of property right.
Second, it tries to explore some terms that have tight correlation with private and collective property right comparing with capitalism and socialism perspective in order to make this paper explored in detail and comprehensive. In other hand, of course some verses of the Qur’an that supporting property right.
From this research, researcher find that Qur’an has given the rule how to manage the property. The Qur’an has identified and separated what is property that include as private property, and what is include as the collective property. In other side many country in this world adopt its system of economy from both of capitalism and socialism, even Indonesia as the biggest Muslim country in the world. And after deepening this problem, finally researcher also find that between capitalism and socialism are not in line with the Qur’an concerning with property but little of them.
Dealing with the contribution of this research to the Qur’an studies, it will analyze the point that concerning with private and collective property right in the Qur’an. This discussion can be explored more by the next generation, in order to make this problem clear. Finally, how to identify and separate what is property that include as the private right and what is property that include as collective right can make contribution to over view and analyze the regulation in our country concerning with this problem and make the people get away from the poverty
