Abstract

Education is a very important need for human life. Education is also a benchmark, if the education given to people is good then the person is good. Education also cannot be limited in its meaning by only sending their children to school, but more than that education covers all dimensions of human life so that humans can grow and develop their potential well.
The most important education concern is given to children. For at this time the foundation of all things began to be built. If, what is planted to the child is good, then the good also grows. Indeed childhood is a very fertile period and it is very important for an educator to instill good values as well as grow them into the soul and behavior of their students. Sufistic education is a collaborative education and Sufism, because Sufism and education are two things that have one top goal of love and affection. While the core of sufistic education is the maintenance and training with method takhalli, tahalli and tajalli to build people in terms of speech, deeds, and the motion of the heart-whether on a small scale, personal or on a larger scale-by making a connection to God Almighty. as a basis for all that.
This research is a Library Research / library research with a qualitative approach, and the data is analyzed by the Content Analyze method for in-depth discussion of the contents of Al-Akhlaq Lil Banin. The researcher conducted an in-depth study of the thoughts of al-Ustadz Umar Bin Ahmad Baradja as stated in the book Al-Akhlaq Lil Banin to find out the concept of suficitic education in children and its implementation strategies.
The results of the study show that Islamic education has a concept of sufistic education that can be taught to children with an implementation strategy that is in accordance with the conditions of child development. Sufistic education is a way that can straighten deviant traits, improve damaged character, and correct the human soul. Without that, it is impossible to realize goodness, there cannot be stability, and it will not be true to human morality.
