Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh realitas pendidikan yang menganggap peserta didik cerdas hanya dari nilai kognitif belaka, sehingga potensi peserta didik lainnya terabaikan. Multiple Intelligences adalah suatu teori yang menghargai setiap individu memiliki kecerdasan majemuk, yaitu; Linguistic, Mathematis, Visual-Spasial, Musical, Kinestetik, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Natural, Spiritual/eksistensialis. Salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Multiple Intelligences adalah MA Al- Qur’an La Raiba Hanifida Jombang. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah
1) Bagaimana penerapan strategi pembelajaran Multiple Intelligences pada
mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, 2) Bagaimana implementasi strategi pembelajaran Multiple Intelligences pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di MA Al-Qur’an La Raiba Hanifida Jombang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi data dari hasil wawancara yang dibuktikan dengan observasi dan juga dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis Multiple Intelligences berarti melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan pengajaran pada rumpun mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dengan strategi pembelajaran yang memberdayakan semua jenis kecerdasan (Multiple Intelligences) yang dimiliki siswa. 2) Implementasi strategi pembelajaran Multiple Intelligences pada mata pelajaran PAI di MA Al- Qur’an La Raiba Hanifida dilaksanakan dengan tahapan: MIO (Multiple Intelligences Observation), penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran/lesson plan berdasarkan hasil MIO, pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan autentik asessment.

ABSTRACT:

This research is motivated by the reality of education which considers intelligent students only from cognitive values, so that the potential of other students is neglected. Multiple Intelligences is a theory that respects that every individual has multiple intelligences, such; linguistic, logic- mathematic, visual-spatial, musical, bodylity-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist, spiritual/existensial. One of the schools that implemented the Multiple Intelligences learning strategy is MA Al-Qur'an La RaibaHanifida Jombang. The formulation of this research problem is 1) how the application of Multiple Intelligences learning strategies on Islamic Education subjects, 2) how the implementation of Multiple Intelligences learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education subjects at MA Al-Qur'an La Raiba Hanifida Jombang.
This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulating the data from the interviews as evidenced by observation and documentation.
The results of this study indicate: 1) Learning of Islamic Religion Education Subjetc base on Multiple Intelligences learning strategies meaning a implementation of Islamic Religion Education Subjetc learning through the approach of Multiple Intelligences which possessed by students. 2) Implementation of Multiple Intelligences learning strategies in Islamic Education subjects is carried out with steps: MIO (Multiple Intelligences Observation), preparation of learning implementation plans / lesson plans based on MIO results, implementation of learning strategies, and learning evaluation with authentic assessment.
