Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui Kinerja Keuangan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data panel dengan melakukan purposive sampling dan terdapat 17 emiten yang terdaftar pada Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2015-2019. Teknik analisis penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Pengujian dari pengaruh langsung menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital dan Struktur Modal berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan secara signifikan. Namun Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Good Corporate Governance memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, sedangkan Intellectual Capital dan Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Secara tidak langsung, Kinerja Keuangan hanya mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

ABSTRACT:
This study aimed to analyze the infuence of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance and Capital Structure on Firm Value directly or indirectly through Financial Performance. The data used in this study is panel data by conducting purposive sampling so that are 17 issuers listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index period 2015-2019. This research analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS). Hypothesist test results of direct effect shows that Intellectual Capital and Capital Structure have significant effect on Firm Value. However Good Corporate Governance has no effect on Firm Value. Good Corporate Governance has an effect on Financial Performance significantly, while Intellectual Capital and Capital Structur have no effect. Indirectly, Financial Performance is only able to mediate the effect of Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value.
