Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan dukungan sosial dan beban kerja terhadap burnout pada tenaga kerja dibidang pajak khususnya di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Kosambi Kota Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 responden tenaga kerja kantor pajak kosambi, pengambilang sampel menggunakan Teknik convenience sampling. Penelitian hubungan dukungan sosial dan beban kerja terhadap burnout pada tenaga kerja dibidang pajak menggunakan uji non parametrik dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman karena data tidak berdistribusi secara normal. Hasil penelitian ini Dari hasil Spearman correlation menyatakan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan nilai r = 0,599, artinya tingkat korelasi antara variabel dukungan sosial dengan burnout, berkorelasi kuat. sedangakan untuk beban kerja memiliki nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,759 > lebih besar dari 0,05. Selain itu koefisien nilai r =0,043 artinya korelasi antara variabel beban kerja dengan burnout sangat lemah.

ABSTRACT:
This study discusses social support and workload for workers in the tax sector, especially in the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Kosambi Tangerang City. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational method. The sample in this study collected 54 respondents from the kosambi tax officer, sampling using convenience sampling technique. Research on the relationship between social support and workload on burnout in the tax workforce uses a non-parametric test using the Spearman correlation, using Spearman correlation test because the data are not normally distributed. The results of this study from the results of the Spearman correlation stated a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. With a value of r = 0.599, it means that the level of correlation between social support variables and burnout is strongly correlated. while the workload has a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.759 > greater than 0.05. In addition, the coefficient value of r = 0.043 means that the correlation between the workload variable and burnout is very weak.
