Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan dikenal karena stamina dan ketahanan emosional mereka di tempat kerja, namun pandemi COVID-19 hadir dengan rangkaian tantangan yang baru. Manusia memerlukan resiliensi dalam hidupnya, terlebih di tengah pandemi ini yang tentunya muncul berbagai distres psikologi. Mempertahankan resiliensi tenaga kesehatan akan memungkinkan mereka tetap menjalankan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang membentuk resiliens, memahami proses yang dialami serta menggambarkan resiliensi tenaga Kesehatan yang menangani COVID-19 di RSUD Tarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif (PFD) yang dilakukan pada Tenaga Kesehatan RSUD Tarakan yang terdiri dari perawat, dokter umum dan dokter spesialis yang menangani pasien COVID-19 dan petugas lab yang secara langsung memeriksa sampel tes COVID-19. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang yang dipilih dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah wawancara semi terstruktur dan juga observasi yang dianalisis serta disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Hasil yang telah ditemukan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor pembentuk resiliensi subjek berkesinambungan. kekuatan eksternal, personal dan interpersonal subjek berkaitan dan membimbing subjek melakukan proses resiliensi. pada proses subjek-subjek penelitian ini mencapai resiliensi terdapat beberapa subjek yang merasakan takut dan cemas saat pertama ditugaskan menjadi tenaga kesehatan yang menangani covid-19. setelah selama ini menangani covid hampir semua subjek mengaku dapat beradaptasi dan akhirnya terbiasa bahkan dengan tekanan saat kasus meningkat. Setelah berhasil mencapai resiliensi, subjek kemudian menunjukkan gambaran resiliensi yang terdiri dari regulasi emosi, pengendalian impuls, optimis, analisis penyebab masalah, empati, efikasi driri dan reaching out.

ABSTRACT:
Healthcare professionals are known for their stamina and emotional resilience in the workplace, but the COVID-19 pandemic presents a new set of challenges. Humans need resilience in their lives, especially in the midst of this pandemic which of course appears various psychological distresses. Maintaining the resilience of health workers will allow them to continue to carry out their duties. This study aims to find the factors that shape resilience, understand the process experienced and describe the resilience of health workers who handle COVID-19 at Tarakan Hospital. This study uses a qualitative type of research with a descriptive phenomenological approach (PFD) which was carried out on Tarakan Hospital Health Workers consisting of nurses, general practitioners and specialists who treat COVID-19 patients and laboratory workers who directly examine COVID-19 test samples. The subjects of this study amounted to 6 people who were selected with predetermined criteria. The data collection technique that the researcher used was semi-structured interviews and observations were analyzed and presented in descriptive form. The results that have been found from this study are the factors that form the resilience of continuous subjects. the subject's external, personal and interpersonal strengths relate to and guide the subject in the process of resilience. In the process of the subjects of this study achieving resilience, there were several subjects who felt fear and anxiety when they were first assigned to become health workers who handled COVID-19. After all this time dealing with covid, almost all of the subjects claimed to be able to adapt and finally get used to it even with the pressure when cases increased. After successfully achieving resilience, the subject then shows a picture of resilience which consists of emotion regulation, impulse control, optimism, analysis of the causes of problems, empathy, self-efficacy and reaching out.
