Abstract

Kontribusi pesantren dalam kehidupan masyarakat adalah suatu tanggung jawab moral pesantren. Disparitas kesejahteraan antara Pesantren Entrepreneur al-Mawaddah dan masyarakat sekitarnya merupakan kesenjangan yang perlu ditelusuri lebih mendalam. Aktifitas ekonomi dalam pesantren yang tidak hanya merupakan lembaga pendidikan, namun juga lembaga sosial, sangat dipengaruhi oleh interaksi sosial. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya kolaborasi pendekatan Psikologi-Sosiologi-Antropologi dalam fenomenna ekonomi pesantren, agar mampu menjabarkan fakta, keadaan, tindakan yang terjadi dalam aktifitas ekonomi pesantren agar mampu dipahami secara holistis untuk mempelajari mengapa mereka melakukan tindakan tersebut dalam konteks institusional yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder melalaui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memahami faktor disparitas kesejahteraan Pesantren Entrepreneur Al-Mawaddah dan masyarakat sekitarnya, memahami tindakan ekonomi Kiai, dan menganalisis determinan yang memotivasi tindakan ekonomi Kiai dalam ruang sosial pesantren terkait pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan pendekatan Psikologi-Sosiologi-Antropologi.
Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah, 1) Disparitas kesejahteraan pesantren dan masyarakat disebabkan oleh tiga faktor utama yaitu: a. Faktor Geografis, b. Faktor partisipasi masyarakat dan c. Faktor Resistance to Change dan Self Interest. 2) Shilat al-Rahim menjadi kekuatan jejaring sosial Kiai dan pesantren. Selain itu, Gusjigang sebagai nilai kepercayaan masyarakat Kudus menjadi kapital sosial pesantren dan dorongan psikologis tindakan Kiai. 3) Tindakan ekonomi Kiai dideterminasi oleh (a) Faktor sosial : Jejaring Sosial dan Kepemimpinan Kiai, (b) Faktor Budaya : Belief Norm (Nilai/norma kepercayaan). (c) Faktor Psikologis : Kognitif dan emosional.

ABSTRACT:
The contribution of the pesantren in the life of society is a moral responsibility of the pesantren. The disparity in welfare between Pesantren Entrepreneur Al-Mawaddah and the surrounding community is a gap that needs to be explored more deeply. Social interactions are strongly influenced economic activities in pesantren, because pesantren is not only educational institution, but also social institution. Therefore, it is necessary to have a collaborative Psychology-Sociology-Anthropology approach in the economic phenomena of pesantren, in order to be able to describe the facts, circumstances, actions that occur in the economic activities of the pesantren so that they can be understood holistically in order to learn why they take these actions in a wider institutional context. This research is descriptive qualitative by using primary and secondary data sources through observation, interviews and documentation. This study seeks to understand the disparity factors in the welfare of the Pesantren Entrepeneur Al-Mawaddah and the surrounding community, understand the economic actions of the Kiai, and analyze the determinants that motivate the Kiai's economic actions in the pesantren's social space related to community empowerment with a Psychology-Sociology-Anthropology approach.
The results in this study are, 1) The disparity in welfare of pesantren and the community is caused by three main factors, namely: a. Geographical Factors, b. Community participation factors and c. Resistance to Change and Self Interest Factors. 2) Shilat al-Rahim became the power of Kiai's social network and pesantren. In addition, Gusjigang as the value of the Kudus community's trust becomes the social capital of the pesantren and the psychological encouragement for Kiai's actions. 3) The determinants of Kiai's economic actions are (a) Social factors: Social Network and Kiai's Leadership, (b) Cultural Factors: Belief Norm (c) Psychological factors: Cognitive and emotional.
