Abstract

Latar Belakang : Semakin lama waktu yang digunakan untuk mengakses media sosial membuat perilaku makan menjadi tidak seimbang. Penggunaan layanan pesan antar makanan online dapat berpengaruh pada kualitas diet seseorang.
Tujuan : Menganalisis hubungan penggunaan media sosial dan layanan pesan antar makanan online dengan kualitas diet mahasiswa.
Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectionl. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang angkatan 2019 sebanyak 68 orang. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media sosial dan layanan pesan antar makanan online, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kualitas diet. Data konsumsi makan diambil menggunakan Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) dan Food Recall 2x24 jam lalu dikonversi ke skor Diet Quality Index-International (DQI-I). Data diuji dengan uji korelasi Rank Spearman
Hasil : Terdapat 97,1% subjek yang memiliki kualitas diet rendah. Terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial dengan kualitas diet (p =0,010). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan layanan pesan antar makanan online dengan kualitas diet (p = 0,777).
Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan antara penggunaan layanan pesan antar makanan online dengan kualitas diet. Pembelian makanan secara offline lebih diminati dibanding pembelian secara online.

ABSTRACT:
Background : The longer time spent accessing social media makes eating behavior unbalanced. The use of online food delivery services can affect the quality of a person's diet.
Objectives : To analyze the relationship between the use of social media and online food delivery services with the quality of student diets.
Methods : This study was an observational study with a cross sectional design. The research subjects were 68 students of the Walisongo State Islamic University Semarang class of 2019. The independent variable of this study is the use of social media and online food delivery services, while the dependent variable is the quality of the diet. Food consumption data was taken using the Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) and Food Recall 2x24 hours and then converted to a Diet Quality Index-International (DQI-I) score. The data was tested with the Rank Spearman correlation test
Results : There were 97.1% of subjects who had a low quality diet. There is a relationship between the use of social media and the quality of the diet (p = 0.010). There is no relationship between the use of online food delivery services and diet quality (p = 0.777).
Conclusion : There is no relationship between the use of online food delivery services and the quality of the diet. Buying food offline is more desirable than buying it online.
