Abstract

Pasar merupakan sektor yang cukup diperhitungkan dalam tata kelola pemerintahan. Pasar sendiri merupakan salah satu tempat terjadinya aktivitas transaksi jual beli barang atau jasa antara konsumen dan produsen, atau antara penjual dan pembeli. Pada masa pandemi, perubahan kondisi terjadi secara besar-besaran. Banyak orang mengurangi aktivitas mereka diluar, sehingga berakibat menurunnya jumlah pengunjung di Pasar. Namun pada masa transisi pandemi Covid-19, pedagang pasar berhasil pulih dari kesulitan dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi Pasar Tradisional pada masa transisi pandemi Covid-19 dan bagaimana peran pasar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil tiga objek penelitian yaitu Pasar Ngaliyan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui reduksi data yang sesuai dengan hal-hal pokok pada fokus penelitian dan mengerucut pada permasalahan utama yang ingin dijawab pada penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa, Pada masa transisi pandemi Covid-19 kondisi Pasar Tradisional di Kecamatan Ngaliyan, dalam keadaan baik, penjualan pedagang sudah kembali pulih dengan kembali meningkatnya jumlah pembeli di pasar. Strategi yang dilakukan dari pedagang Pasar Ngaliyan dalam membantu pedagang dalam meningkatkan perekonomian yaitu terus bertahan, untuk mempertahankan fungsi pasar sebagai pusat perbelanjaan masyarakat. Kemudian selalu melakukan promosi dengan adanya promosi yang terus dilakukan, dapat menarik pembeli untuk berbelanja, meski cara promosi yang dilakukan merupakan cara promosi lama, namun dengan cara itulah pedagang dapat pulih dari dampak pandemi Covid-19. Kemudian pedagang memberikan harga yang serendah mungkin, dengan meminimalkan biaya operasional dengan begitu meski harga yang diberikan murah, tidak sampai membuat pedagang rugi.

ABSTRACT:
The market is a sector that is taken into account in governance. The market itself is one of the places where goods or services are bought and sold between consumers and producers, or between sellers and buyers. During the pandemic, conditions changed massively. Many people reduce their activities outside, resulting in a decrease in the number of visitors to the Market. However, during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic, market traders managed to recover from the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to find out how the condition of Traditional Markets is during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic and what is the role of the market in improving the community's economy. This research was conducted by taking three research objects, namely the Ngaliyan Market.
This study uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques using documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively through data reduction in accordance with the main points of the research focus and focusing on the main problems to be answered in this study.
The results of the study explained that, during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic, the condition of the Traditional Market in Ngaliyan District was in good condition, the sales of traders had recovered with the increase in the number of buyers in the market again. The strategy carried out by the Ngaliyan Market traders in assisting traders in improving the economy is to continue to survive, to maintain the function of the market as a community shopping center. Then always carry out promotions with continuous promotions, which can attract buyers to shop, even though the promotion method used is an old promotion method, that's how traders can recover from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Then traders provide the lowest possible price, by minimizing operational costs so that even though the price given is cheap, it doesn't make the trader lose.
