Abstract

Perbankan syariah pada saat ini telah berkembang secara pesat dan disambut baik oleh masyarakat muslim khususnya para santri di pondok pesantren. Pondok pesantren merupakan basis penanaman dan pengembangan ajaran Islam di Indonesia. Berdasarkan pemahaman agama yang dimiliki santri seharusnya santri lebih sadar terhadap hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan riba dan bunga bank. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih ditemukan banyaknya santri yang menjadi nasabah di bank konvensional. Hal ini tentunya bertolak belakang dengan religiusitas santri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, religiusitas, dan persepsi santri PPTQ Al-Hikmah Tugurejo Semarang tentang perbankan syariah terhadap minat menjadi nasabah di bank syariah.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket), wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sementara itu, populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 315 santri dengan jumlah sampel 76 santri PPTQ Al-Hikmah Tugurejo Semarang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 26. Data diolah menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji statistik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Sedangkan pengetahuan dan persepsi secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap minat menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Adapun secara simultan, pengetahuan, religiusitas dan persepsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi nasabah bank syariah dengan Fhitung 35.035 > Ftabel 2,73. Selanjutnya nilai dari koefisien determinan (R2) didapatkan sebesar 0,577 atau 57,7%, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT:
Sharia banking at this time has developed rapidly and was welcomed by the Muslim community, especially the students at Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding schools are the basis for planting and developing Islamic teachings in Indonesia. Based on the religious understanding possessed by the santri, the santri should be more aware of matters relating to usury and bank interest. However, in reality there are still many students who become customers at conventional banks. This is certainly contrary to the religiosity of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, religiosity, and perceptions of PPTQ Al-Hikmah Tugurejo Semarang students about Islamic banking on their intention to become customers in Islamic banks.
The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with field research research methods (field research). Data obtained by using a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the population of this study was 315 students with a total sample of 76 students of PPTQ Al-Hikmah Tugurejo Semarang selected by purposive sampling technique using the slovin formula. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26. The data was processed using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and statistical tests.
The results showed that religiosity partially had a positive and significant effect on the intention to become a customer of an Islamic bank. While knowledge and perceptions partially have a positive but not significant effect on the intention to become a customer of an Islamic bank. Simultaneously, knowledge, religiosity and perception have a positive and significant effect on the intention to become a customer of an Islamic bank with Fcount 35,035 > Ftable 2.73. Furthermore, the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) was obtained at 0.577 or 57.7%, the rest was influenced by other variables outside this study.
