Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menemukan konstruksi, analisis wacana kuasa pemerintah dan implikasi moderasi beragama dalam kajian tafsir Kementerian Agama RI tahun 2000
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan (library research), dengan pendekatan kualitatif-verifikatif, menekankan pada meaning. Data penelitian berasal dari karya-karya tafsir Kementerian Agama RI tahun 2000 dan karya ulama lain yang erat hubungannya tema kajian. Analisis data menggunakan hermeneutika dan relasi kuasa.
Temuan penelitian, pertama: konstruksi moderasi beragama dalam tafsir Kementerian agama, dikategorikan menjadi tiga, yakni. Sumber interpretasi, Metode interpretasi, Validitas interpretatif. Kedua: moderasi beragama menjadi isu penting dalam Tafsir Kementerian agama, dikategorikan menjadi enam, yaitu sebagai: media agama, negara, sosial, budaya, gender dan etnik. Ketiga: implikasi dari gagasan moderasi beragama yang diusung oleh tafsir Kementerian agama, dikategorikan menjadi tujuh yaitu: mengambil jalan tengah, berkeseimbangan, adil, toleransi, egaliter, musyawarah dan reformasi.

ABSTRACT:
This study aims to uncover and find the construction, discourse analysis of government power and the implications of religious moderation in the study of interpretation of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in 2000.
The type of research used is library research, with a qualitative-verificative approach, emphasizing meaning. The research data comes from the interpretation works of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in 2000 and the works of other scholars who are closely related to the theme of the study. Data analysis uses hermeneutics and power relations.
The research findings, first: the construction of religious moderation in the interpretation of the Ministry of Religion, are categorized into three, namely. Sourceof Interpretation, Method of Interpretation and Interpretive validity.Second sources of religious moderation are an important issue in the Ministry of Religion's Interpretation, categorized into six, namely as: religious media, state, social, cultural, gender and ethnic. Third: the implications of the idea of religious moderation promoted by the interpretation of the Ministry of Religion are categorized into seven, namely: taking the middle way, being balanced, just, tolerant, egalitarian, deliberation and reform.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كشف وإيجاد البناء ، وتحليل الخطاب لسلطة الحكومة وآثار الاعتدال الديني في دراسة تفسير وزارة الدينية في جمهورية إندونيسيا في عام ٢۰۰۰.
نوع البحث المستخدم هو البحث في المكتبات ، مع نهج نوعي - التحقق ، والتأكيد على المعنى تأتي بيانات البحث من أعمال تفسير وزارة الدينية في جمهورية إندونيسيا في عام ٢٠٠٠ وأعمال العلماء الآخرين المرتبطين ارتباطًا وثيقًا بموضوع الدراسة. تحليل البيانات باستخدام علم التأويل وعلاقات القوة.
وقسمت نتائج البحث ، أولاً: بناء الوسطية الدينية في تفسير وزارة الدينية ، إلى ثلاث وهي مصدر التفسير وطريقة التفسير و صلاحية التفسير. ثانيا قضية مهمة في تفسير وزارة الدينية ، مقسمة إلى ستة ، وهي: وسائل الإعلام الدينية ، والدولة ، والاجتماعية ، والثقافية ، والجنسية والعرقية. ثالثًا: تنقسم مدلولات فكرة الاعتدال الديني التي يروج لها تفسير وزارة الدينية إلى سبعة ، وهي: أخذ الوسط ، والتوازن ، والعدالة ، والتسامح ، والمساواة ، والتداول ، والإصلاح
