Abstract

Organisasi yang memiliki persepsi kinerja baik ditandai dengan adanya sebuah kualitas hasil kerja, seberapa terlaksananya target pekerjaan, tepat waktu, efektif kegiatannya dan efisien. Persepsi kinerja merupakan hasil penginderaan individu dengan panca inderanya terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya mengenai hasil dari apa yang dikerjakan oleh orang-orang disekitarnya. Adanya persepsi kinerja yang bagus dapat diwujudkan dengan melibatkan motivasi kerja dan perceived organizational support. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh motivasi kerja dan perceived organizational support terhadap persepsi kinerja anggota ormawa FPK. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 142 anggota ormawa FPK dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala, yaitu skala persepsi kinerja, motivasi kerja dan perceived organizational support. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis data dengan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap persepsi kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 (p<0,05). Perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 (p<0,05). Sedangkan motivasi kerja dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap persepsi kinerja dengan nilai 0,00 (p<0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 67,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan perceived organizational support terhadap persepsi kinerja anggota ormawa FPK.

ABSTRACT:
Organizations that have a good performance perception are characterized by the quality of work results, how well the work targets are accomplished, on time, effective and efficient. Perception of performance is the result of individual sensing with the five senses of the surrounding environment regarding the results of what is done by the people around them. The existence of good performance perceptions can be realized by involving work motivation andperceived organizational support. So this study aims to test empirically the influence of work motivation andperceived organizational support on the perception of the performance of ormawa FPK members. The sample of this study were 142 members of the ormawa FPK usingaccidental sampling. Measuring tool in this study uses three scales, namely the scale of perceived performance, work motivation andperceived organizational support. In this study using quantitative methods, data analysis methods using the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing data with multiple regression tests. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on perceived performance with a significance value of 0.00 (p<0.05). Perceived organizational support effect on the perception of performance with a significance value of 0.00 (p <0.05). While work motivation andperceived organizational support simultaneously influence the perception of performance with a value of 0.00 (p <0.05) with a contribution of 67.3%. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that there is an influence of work motivation andperceived organizational support on the perception of the performance of ormawa FPK members.
