Penelitian ini mengkaji maqāsid Al-Qur’ān perspektif ulama Maroko Ahmad Al-Raisūnī disebabkan sedikitnya perhatian ulama terhadap kajian maqāsid Al-Qur’ān dan munculnya klasifikasi maqāsid Al-Qur’ān yang berbeda-beda dari beberapa ulama. Penelitian ini menganalisa cara berfikir Al-Raisūnī dalam menggali maqāṣid Al-Qur’ān kemudian mengkonstruksikannya secara analitis dan kritis, serta menunjukkan mengapa terjadi perbedaan pemikiran dengan ulama lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif serta menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwasannya maqāsid Al-Qur’ān perspektif Al-Raisūnī bersumber dari Al-Qur’ān, Hadiṣ/Sunnah Nabawiyyah, serta paradigma ushul fikih dan mantiq. Maqāsid Al-Qur’ānnya didasarkan pada prinsip kulliyāt at-tasyrī’iyyah dan metode berfikir secara maqāsidī dengan corak usulī-mantiqī sehingga menghasilkan klasifikasi yang universal serta logis dengan mekanisme yang jelas berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip maqāṣidī. Adapun dialektika maqāsid Al-Qur’ānnya dengan ulama lainnya menghasilkan tiga hal yang menjadi ciri khas pemikirannya, yakni metodologi Al-Raisuni yang sistematis, sesuai prinsip-prinsip logis dan usūlī, serta pandangan fikihnya fleksible sesuai dengan realitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan sangat signifikan jika diaplikasikan pada khazanah keilmuan Al-Qur’ān.

ABSTRACT:
This study examines the maqāsid of the Qur'an from the perspective of Moroccan scholar Ahmad Al-Raisūnī due to the lack of attention of scholars to the study of the maqāsid of the Qur'an and the emergence of different classifications of the maqāsid of the Qur'an from several scholars. This study analyzes Al-Raisūnī's way of thinking in exploring the maqāṣid of the Qur'an and then constructing it analytically and critically, and shows why there are differences in thinking with other scholars. This study uses qualitative methods and uses literature studies. This study results that the maqāsid of the Qur'an from Al-Raisūnī's perspective is sourced from the Qur'an, Hadiṣ/Sunnah Nabawiyyah, and the paradigm of usul and mantiq. The Maqāsid Al-Qur'ān is based on the principle of kulliyāt at-Tasyrī'iyyah and the maqāsidī method of thinking with the ulī-mantiqī style, thereby producing a universal and logical classification with a clear mechanism based on maqāṣidī principles. His dialectic of maqāsid Al-Qur'ān with other scholars produced three things that became the hallmark of his thinking, namely Al-Raisuni's systematic methodology, in accordance with logical and usūlī principles, and his fiqh view which was flexible in accordance with reality. The results of this research will be very significant if applied to the scientific treasures of the Al-Qur'ān.
