Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan diskon, flash sale dan gratis ongkir terhadap impulsive buying khususnya pada produk di Shopee baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel moderating mujahadah an-nafs. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Terdapat 95 sampel mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Walisongo Semarang angkatan 2021-2023. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan penyebaran angket. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) melalui SmartPLS 3.0 dengan model analisis moderating. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa shopping diskon, flash sale, dan gratis ongkir memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada impulsive buying. Kemudian hasil variabel moderating berupa mujahadah an-nafs memiliki peran dalam memoderasi (memperlemah) pengaruh flash sale dan gratis ongkir terhadap impulsive buying di Shopee. Sedangkan pada variabel diskon, mujahadah an-nafs tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh diskon terhadap impulsive buying.

ABSTRACT:
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between discounts, flash sale and free shipping on impulsive buying especially on products on Shopee, both directly and through moderating variables mujahadah an-nafs. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. There are 95 samples of students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Walisongo Semarang class 2021-2023. Data collection was carried out directly by distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) via SmartPLS 3.0 with a moderating analysis model. The analysis results show that discount shopping, flash sale, and free shipping have a significant impact on impulsive buying. Then the results of the moderating variable are: mujahadah an-nafs has a role in moderating (weakening) the influence flash sale and free shipping on impulsive buying on Shopee. Meanwhile, in the discount variable, mujahadah an-nafs unable to moderate the effect of discounts on impulsive buying.
