Abstract

Investor di pasar modal Indonesia terus menunjukkan tren peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Keberhasilan berinvestasi tentunya tidak terlepas dari efek pengambilan keputusan oleh para investor. Pada bidang keuangan, pengambilan keputusan menjadi faktor penting dikarenakan kualitas pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari perilaku keputusan investasi pada investor saham syariah kelompok generasi Z. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 170 investor yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Dengan melakukan uji analisis regresi berganda, penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan perilaku bias overconfidence terhadap keputusan investasi pada investor saham syariah generasi Z dengan p value 0,001 < 0,05. Sementara itu, penelitian ini tidak menemukan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan herding dan disposition effect terhadap keputusan investasi pada investor saham syariah generasi Z dengan p value masing-masing sebesar 0,576 dan 0,237. Penelitian ini juga melakukan uji Moderated Regression Analysis terhadap financial literacy sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy tidak berperan dalam memoderasi financial behavioral bias seperti herding, overconfidence dan disposition effect terhadap keputusan investasi pada investor saham syariah kelompok generasi Z.

ABSTRACT:
Investors in the Indonesian capital market continue to show an increasing trend every year. The success of investing is certainly inseparable from the effect of decision making by investors. In the financial field, decision making is one of the important factors because the quality of decision making has a major influence on the success of financial management. This research aims to study the behavior of investment decisions in Islamic stock investors of the generation Z. The research sample was taken as many as 170 investors spread across various regions of Indonesia. By c onducting Multiple Regression Analysis tests, this study found a positive and significant effect of overconfidence bias on investment decisions in generation Z Islamic stock investors with a p value of 0.001 <0.05. Meanwhile, this study did not find a positive and significant effect of herding and disposition effect on investment decisions in generation Z Islamic stock investors with p value 0,576 and 0,237. This research also conducted a Moderated Regression Analysis test on financial literacy as a moderating variable. The test results show that financial literacy does not play a role in moderating financial behavioral biases such as herding, overconfidence and disposition effect on investment decisions in generation Z Islamic stock investors.
