Pendayagunaan zakat produktif oleh BAZNAS Provinsi Jawa Tengah saat ini terdapat kondisi usaha mustahik yang stagnan, tidak berkembang hingga gagal. Sehingga Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas, dampak dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat pendayagunaan zakat produktif dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka kepada mustahik, pendamping, dan staff BAZNAS Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pendayagunaan zakat produktif melalui modal dan pendampingan cukup efektif memberdayakan mustahik dengan presentase 80%. Dampak program pendayagunaan zakat produktif secara positif mampu membantu mustahik baik dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial, maupun keberlanjutan. Kemudian faktor pendukung dalam program ini yaitu modal usaha, inovasi, fasilitas berjualan dan tempat berjualan. Namun terdapat faktor penghambat berupa keterbatasan pemasaran melalui digital, adanya persaingan usaha, hingga krisis daya beli masyarakat yang menurun. Sehingga diharapkan dalam penelitian selanjutnya mampu menggali lebih dalam terkait pendayagunaan zakat produktif pada program lain maupun mengenai regulasi dan kontribusi berbagai sektor untuk memajukan program tersebut.

ABSTRACT:
The utilization of productive zakat by BAZNAS in Central Java Province currently has conditions where mustahik businesses are stagnant, not developing until they fail. So this research aims to determine the effectiveness, impact and supporting factors as well as obstacles to the productive use of zakat in empowering the people's economy. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques including interviews, observations and literature studies with mustahik, companions and BAZNAS staff of Central Java Province. Based on research results, the use of productive zakat through capital and assistance is quite effective in empowering mustahik with a percentage of 80%. The positive impact of the productive zakat utilization program is able to help mustahik both in economic, social and sustainability aspects. Then the supporting factors in this program are business capital, innovation, selling facilities and selling places. However, there are inhibiting factors in the form of limitations in digital marketing, business competition, and a crisis in people's declining purchasing power. So it is hoped that in future research we will be able to dig deeper into the use of productive zakat in other programs as well as regulations and the contribution of various sectors to advance the program.
