Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui 1) Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Pada Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di SMK NU Kedungtuban. serta 2) Menganalisis Implikasi Manajemen kurikulum Merdeka pada Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan terhadap kemampuan bisnis daring dan Pemasaran Siswa di SMK NU Kedungtuban sasaran SMK NU Kedungtuban Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data meliputi kepala sekolah,waka kurikulum, kajur Bisnis daring dan pemasaran, guru, peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1)Manajemen Kurikulum merdeka belajar pada program kerja lapangan jurusan bisnis daring dan pemasaran di SMK NU Kedungtuban memiliki empat tahap, perencanaan kurikulum, yang didalamya terdapat analisis kebutuhan, desain kurikulum, dan master plan. selanjutnya pengorganisasian program praktik kerja lapangan, yang didalamnya terdapat program yang mendukung, pembagian job desk dalam pelaksanaan praktik kerja, penentuan jadwal pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapangan, serta keikut sertaan para guru dalam pelatihan pengembangan kompetensi, tahap selanjutnya adalah pelaksanaan program praktik kerja lapangan, yang mana ada pengarahan program, kegiatan selama praktik kerja lapangan, kordinasi dan monitoring, tahap terakhir adalah evaluasi, yang mana bentuk evaluasi pada sekolah SMK NU kedungtuban. 2) Implikasi Manajemen kurikulum pada program praktik kerja lapangan jurusan bisnis daring dan pemasaran, menjelaskan kemampuan bisnis daring siswa, dengan memaparkan pembelajaran bisnis online, cara menumbuhkan minat bisnis online, dan efektifitas pembelajaran bisnis online. menjelaskan kemampuan bisnis daring siswa, dengan memaparkan pembelajaran bisnis online, cara menumbuhkan minat bisnis online, dan efektifitas pembelajaran bisnis online. Menurut guru pengampuh mata pelajaran bisnis online Kemampuan bisnis daring siswa sebenarnya sangatlah tinggi, namun, sangat disayangkan karena dalam pelaksanaaan PKL, belum adanya siswa yanng diterjukan ke ranah bisnis daring, hampir keseluruhan siswa PKL pada bisnis ritel seperti Swalayan dan pertokoaan, yang mana ini adalah bagian dari pemasaran, bukan mengandalkan kemampuan bisnis daring siswa
ABSTRACT:
This study aims to determine 1) Independent Learning Curriculum Management in the Online Business and Marketing Field Work Practice Program at SMK NU Kedungtuban. and 2) Analyze the Implications of Independent Curriculum Management in the Field Work Practice Program on the online business and marketing skills of students at SMK NU Kedungtuban target SMK NU Kedungtuban This study uses a methodology with a qualitative descriptive approach, data sources include the principal, curriculum deputy, head of the Online Business and Marketing Department, teachers, students. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, documentation. The data validity test is with triangulation. The results of this study show 1) Independent Learning Curriculum Management in the online business and marketing field work program at SMK NU Kedungtuban has four stages, curriculum planning, which includes needs analysis, curriculum design, and master plan. then the organization of the field work practice program, which includes supporting programs, job desk division in the implementation of work practices, determining the schedule for implementing field work practices, and the participation of teachers in competency development training, the next stage is the implementation of the field work practice program, which has program direction, activities during field work practices, coordination and monitoring, the last stage is evaluation, which is the form of evaluation at SMK NU Kedungtuban. 2) Implications of curriculum management in the field work practice program for online business and marketing majors, explaining students' online business skills, by explaining online business learning, how to grow interest in online business, and the effectiveness of online business learning. explaining students' online business skills, by explaining online business learning, how to grow interest in online business, and the effectiveness of online business learning. According to the online business subject teacher, students' online business skills are actually very high, however, it is very unfortunate because in the implementation of PKL, no students have been assigned to the online business realm, almost all PKL students are in retail businesses such as supermarkets and shops, which is part of marketing, not relying on students' online business skills
