Abstract
Tuntutan pekerjaan guru PAUD di era teknologi saat ini semakin tinggi dan berat. Risiko mengalami burnout dihadapi oleh guru PAUD karena banyaknya tuntutan pekerjaan yang harus dipenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh resiliensi dan persepsi beban kerja terhadap burnout pada guru pendidikan anak usia dini di Kecamatan Pancoran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 114 guru. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala resiliensi, skala persepsi beban kerja dan skala burnout. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 29.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh resiliensi dan persepsi beban kerja terhadap burnout dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,536 dan taraf signifikansi 0,001. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara resiliensi dan persepsi beban kerja terhadap burnout sebesar 53,6% pada guru pendidikan anak usia dini di Kecamatan Pancoran. Pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas subjek penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah resiliensi dan persepsi beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap burnout.
ABSTRACT:
The job demands of early childhood teachers in today's technological era are getting higher and higher. The risk of experiencing burnout is faced by PAUD teachers because of the many job demands that must be met. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of resilience and perceived workload on burnout in early childhood education teachers in Pancoran District. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods with 114 teachers as subjects. Measurements in this study used a resilience scale, workload perception scale and burnout scale. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for windows version 29.0. The results showed the influence of resilience and perceived workload on burnout with a coefficient of determination of 0.536 and a significance level of 0.001. This shows that there is a significant influence between resilience and perceived workload on burnout by 53.6% in early childhood education teachers in Pancoran District. Future research is expected to expand the research subjects to find out whether resilience and perceived workload affect burnout.
