Motivasi berprestasi merupakan dorongan dari dalam diri individu untuk mencapai keberhasilan atau kesuksesan dengan membandingkan standar tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan optimisme terhadap motivasi berprestasi anggota komunitas gamers MLBB. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah komunitas gamers MLBB UIN Walisongo, jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 mahasiswa aktif dengan teknik sampel accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada anggota komunitas gamers MLBB UIN Walisongo dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 0,987, terdapat pengaruh optimisme terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa anggota komunitas gamers MLBB UIN Walisongo dengan nilai signifikansi 0,013 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 0,557, dan terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan optimisme terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa anggota komunitas gamers MLBB UIN Walisongo dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 0,664.

ABSTRACT:
Achievement motivation is the internal drive of an individual to attain success or accomplishment by comparing it to certain standards. This study aims to examine the influence of spiritual intelligence and optimism on achievement motivation among members of the MLBB (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang) gamers community. The population for this study consists of the MLBB gamers community at UIN Walisongo, with a sample size of 102 active students selected using accidental sampling technique. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on achievement motivation among members of the MLBB gamers community at UIN Walisongo, with a significance value of 0.000 and an effective contribution of 0.987. Optimism also has a significant effect on achievement motivation among students in the MLBB gamers community at UIN Walisongo, with a significance value of 0.013 and an effective contribution of 0.557. Furthermore, both spiritual intelligence and optimism together have a significant effect on achievement motivation among students in the MLBB gamers community at UIN Walisongo, with a significance value of 0.000 and an effective contribution of 0.664.
