Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha Al-Lażīna Āmanū merupakan tafsir yang ditulis oleh Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur. Tafsir ini memiliki keunikan dibanding karya-karya tafsir lain sebab diawali dengan pola nidā’ Yā Ayyuha Al-Lażīna Āmanū. Pola nidā’ yang demikian disebutkan dibanyak tempat dalam al-Qur’an yang mengindikasikan bahwa nidā’ ini penting, maka perlu diperhatikan setelah kalimat nidā’ tersebut, ada kebaikan dimana umat diperintahkan dengannya atau nidā’ itu dijauhi, sebab ada keburukan yang dilarang darinya. Selain itu, Tafsir ini ditulis dalam konteks ketika melihat realitas masyarakat telah memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran agama secara utuh, antara dogma dan pengamalan telah dilakukan, dimana realitas masyarakat awalnya menerima ajaran Islam sebagai agamanya sementara perilakunya berbanding terbalik dengan ajaran agamanya.
Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah: Suntingan teks Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha al-lażīna Āmanū karya Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur memperlihatkan bahwa isi teks terdiri atas (1) sistem penanggalan dalam penulisan tafsir, berupa penamaan tempat, tanggal, bulan, dan tahun (2) menuliskan ayat dan terjemah yang kemudian diberi penjelasan (interpretasi) (3) dalam penjelasan diuraikan berdasarkan urutan tartib mushaf (4) dilengkapi dengan pendapat para ulama dan penjelasan pengarangnya yang disesuaikan dengan konteks pada masanya (5) ditemukan kata-kata yang sulit dibaca karena teks rusak (6) naskah tafsir ini ditulis sendiri oleh pengarangnya dan disampaikan dalam pengajian-pengajian di masjid-masjid dan surau.
Hasil analisis atas Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha Al-Lażīna Āmanū karya Syaikh Abdul Latief dapat dilihat dari beberapa hal. (1) Ditemukan teori baru terkait metode tafsir tematik, yakni metode tafsir tematik frase dengan kontruksi operasional kerja tematiknya, sementara metode tafsir tematik yang berkembang dan berlangsung sampai sekarang hanya pada metode tafsir tematik term, tematik konseptual, tematik tokoh, dan tematik surat. (2) Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur menjelaskan ayat-ayat yang secara langsung menyentuh dengan tatanan kehidupan berdasarkan al-Qur’an sekaligus menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat saat itu dengan tetap mendasarkan kaidah-kaidah tafsir. (3) Nilai-nilai kebangsaan, ke-Islam-an tanpa melupakan unsur-unsur lokalitas yang sejalan dengan konteks masyarakat pada saat itu dan tetap sesuai konteks kekinian, seperti perjuangan dan kemajuan bangsa dan tanah air, prinsip Bela Negara, mengutamakan persatuan, dan nilai-nilai etika. Kelebihan-kelebihan tafsīr Yā Ayyuha al-lażīna Āmanū adalah (1) Dalam menafsirkan setiap ayat-ayat al-Qur’an, Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur mengungkapkan secara global dan mengkaitkan dengan fenomena yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. (2) Tafsir ini di dalam setiap ayatnya terdapat tujuan utama atau atau tema surah tersebut. (3) Dalam menafsirkan suatu ayat, ia memberikan informasi tentang bulan, tanggal, dan tahun sehingga memudahkan pembaca mengetahui informasi penting kapan dan dimana tafsir itu ditulis. Kekurangan-kekurangan Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha al-lażīna Āmanū adalah, (1) Penggunaan Aksara Arab Melayu dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an menunjukkan bahwa tafsir tersebut bersifat lokal yang hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat Islam tertentu saja. Sedang bagi orang lain tetap akan mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca aksara Arab Melayu, (2) Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur dalam menyuguhkan penafsiran al-Qur’an berbeda-beda, karena ada ayat yang dijelaskan secara utuh tapi ada juga yang hanya sekedarnya, (3) Dalam menafsirkan suatu ayat, ia tidak memberi informasi halaman, kitab yang dinukil sehingga menyulitkan pembaca untuk mengetahui penjalasan tersebut secara lengkap dari sumber aslinya.

ABSTRACT:

Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha Al-Lażīna Āmanū is a commentary written by Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur. This commentary is unique compared to other works of exegesis because it begins with the pattern of nidā Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha Al-Lażīna Āmanū. The so-called 'nidā' pattern mentioned in many places in the Qur'an indicates that nidā 'is important, it is worth noting after the nidā' phrase, there is goodness in which the people are commanded by it or nidā 'is shunned, because there is evil that is forbidden from it. In addition, this Commentary is written in context when seeing the reality of society has understood and practiced the full religious teaching, between dogma and practice has been done, where the reality of society initially accepted the teachings of Islam as its religion while its behavior is inversely proportional to the teachings of its religion.
The results of this research are: Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha Al-Lażīna Āmanū text editing by Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur shows that the content of the text consists of (1) calendar system in writing interpretation, in the form of naming place, date, month, and year (2) in the explanation described in the order of tartib of the mushaf (3) supplemented with the opinions of the scholars and the author's explanation which is adapted to the context of his time (4) found words that are difficult to read because the text is broken (5) the text of this commentary is written by the author himself and delivered in the studies in the mosques and surau.
The analysis of Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha Al-Lażīna Āmanū by Syaikh Abdul Latief can be seen from several things. (1) New theories related to thematic tafsir method, the thematic interpretation method of phrase with the operational construction of thematic work, while the thematic interpretation method that developed and lasted until now only on term thematic thematic, thematic, conceptual, thematic, and thematic thematic. (2) Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur explains the verses that directly touch with the order of life based on al-Qur'an as well as a solution for society at that time by still relying on the rules of tafsir. (3) Values of nationality, Islam without forgetting the elements of locality that are in line with the context of society at that time and remain in the contemporary context, such as the struggle and progress of the nation and the homeland, the principle of Bela Negara, prioritizing unity, and ethical values.
The advantages of Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha Al-Lażīna Āmanū are (1) In interpreting every verse of the Qur'an, Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur expresses globally and relates to the phenomena occurring in society. (2) This commentary in each of its verses has the main purpose or the theme of the sura. (3) In interpreting a verse, it provides information about the month, date, and year so as to facilitate the reader to know the important information when and where the commentary was written. The deficiencies of Tafsīr Yā Ayyuha al-Lażīna Āmanū are, (1) The use of Arabic Malay script in interpreting the Qur'an indicates that the interpretation is local only to meet the needs of certain Islamic communities only. While for others it will still be difficult because Malay Arabic script is not an international language, (2) Syaikh Abdul Latief Syakur in presenting the interpretation of the Qur'an is different, because there are verses that are explained in full but there are also only a few , (3) In interpreting a verse, it does not provide page information, the book is quoted so it makes it difficult for the reader to know the full extent of the original source.
