Abstract

Kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik itu sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal, bukan semata-mata dipengaruhi faktor internal. Lingkungan keluarga merupakan faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi aktivitas belajar anak karena anak lebih banyak berinteraksi di dalam keluarga daripada di sekolah. Orang tua yang memiliki kondisi ekonomi yang tinggi akan memberikan nilai yang tinggi terhadap pendidikan anaknya. Kemampuan orang tua dalam memahami anak untuk memberikan perhatian dan bimbingan sangat dibutuhkan, karena dengan perhatian dan bimbingan tersebut anak akan merasa senang dan lebih bersemangat dalam belajar.
Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan: (1)
Seberapa besar pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar Peserta didik Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sekecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal? (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar Peserta didik Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sekecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal? (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh kondisi ekonomi dan perhatian orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar Peserta didik Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sekecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal?. Permasalahan tersebut dibahas melalui studi lapangan yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sekecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal. Datanya diperoleh dengan angket kuesioner, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Semua dianalisis dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan analisis deskriptif.
Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kondisi ekonomi orangtua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik . Semakin tinggi kondisi ekonomi orang tua maka semakin tinggi pula kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perhatian orangtua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik. Semakin tinggi perhatian orangtua maka semakin tinggi pula kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif

dan signifikan secara bersama-sama kondisi ekonomi orangtua dan perhatian orangtua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orangtua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik sebesar 43,3 %, pengaruh perhatian orangtua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik sebesar
27,5 %. Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orangtua dan perhatian orangtua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik dengan
kontribusi sebesar 52,9 % sedangkan sisanya 47,1 % dipengaruhi oleh
variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi kondisi ekonomi orangtua dan perhatian orangtua maka semakin tinggi pula kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik.

ABSTRACT:

The learning discipline of students is strongly influenced by external factors, not merely influenced by internal factors. The family environment is a factor that greatly influences children's learning activities because children interact more in the family than at school. Parents who have high economic conditions will give a high value to their children's education. The ability of parents to understand children to provide attention and guidance is needed, because with attention and guidance the child will feel happy and more enthusiastic in learning.
The research is intended to answer the problems: (1) how big
is the influence of the parents’ economic condition to the students’
learning discipline of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary
School) in Sukorejo Sub-District, in Kendal Regency? (2) How big is the influence of parents’ attention to the students’ learning discipline of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary School) in Sukorejo Sub- District, in Kendal Regency? (3) How big is the influence of economic conditions and the parents’ attention to the students’ learning discipline of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary School) in Sukorejo Sub-District, in Kendal Regency? These problems were discussed through a field study conducted at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Sukorejo Sub-District, in Kendal Regency. The data is obtained by questionnaire, observation and documentation study. All were analyzed by a phenomenology approach and descriptive analysis.
This study shows that: (1) there is a positive and significant
influence of parents’ economic conditions on students' learning discipline. The higher of the parents’ economic condition, the higher of the students’ learning discipline; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of parents’ attention to students' learning discipline. The higher of the parents' attention, the higher of the students’ learning discipline; (3) there is a positive and significant influence together of the parents’ economic conditions and parents’ attention to the students'

learning discipline. The results showed that the influence of parents’ economic conditions on the students’ learning discipline was 43.3%, the influence of parents’ attention on the students' learning discipline was
27.5%. While the magnitude of the influence of the parents’ economic
condition and parents’ attention to the student learning discipline contributed 52.9%, while the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not examined. This means that the higher of the parents’ economic condition and parents’ attention, the higher of the students’ learning discipline.
