Angka pengangguran di Indonesia lebih banyak disumbang oleh pengangguran terdidik. Untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran terdidik pemerintah bekerjasama dengan lembaga pendidikan melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan. Lembaga pendidikan memberikan peran penting dalam terbentuknya motivasi kewirausahaan pada generasi muda. Pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan juga diterapkan oleh Pondok Pesantren Modern 4 Bahasa Al-Muhibbin Jatirogo Tuban, namun para santri belum memaksimalkan sepenuhnya pelatihan kewirausahaan yang diperoleh dengan tindakan nyata atau praktek untuk berwirausaha di kehidupan sehari-hari.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha santri Pondok Pesantren Modern 4 Bahasa Al-Muhibbin Jatirogo Tuban. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel yang dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 santri. Perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha santri Pondok Pesantren Modern 4 Bahasa Al-Muhibbin Jatirogo Tuban. Adapun secara simultan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha santri sebesar 32,5 %. Serta dari penelitian tersebut didapatkan fungsi persamaan regresi Y = 12.018 + 0.351X1 + 0.162X2 + e.

Abstract

The unemployment rate in Indonesia is mostly contributed by educated unemployment. To overcome the problem of educated unemployment the government cooperates with educational institutions through entrepreneurship education. Educational institutions provide an important role in the formation of entrepreneurial motivation in the younger generation. Currently, Islamic Boarding Schools also have significant attention to the development of the pesantren economy and provide motivation for students to develop entrepreneurial spirit among students. Entrepreneurship education and training is also implemented by the Modern Islamic Boarding School 4 Languages Al-Muhibbin Jatirogo Tuban, but the students have not fully utilized the entrepreneurship training obtained with concrete actions or practices for entrepreneurship in daily life.
This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on the interests of students of Modern Islamic Boarding School 4 Languages Al-Muhibbin Jatirogo Tuban. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample used was 60 students. The calculations in this study use the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program.
From this research, the results show that entrepreneurship knowledge and self-efficacy have a partial and significant effect on the interests of students of Islamic boarding school Modern Islamic Boarding School 4 Al-Muhibbin Jatirogo Tuban. The simultaneous knowledge of entrepreneurship and self-efficacy influences and significantly affects the interests of students in entrepreneurship by 32.5%.
