Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena menarik dalam evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khoiriyyah menarik karena dengan segala keterbatasan masukan dalam pembelajaran justru dapat menghasilkan hasil yang baik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khoiriyyah Semarang menggunakan evaluasi model CIPP, khususnya evaluasi input (masukan) dan product (hasil).
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi yang bersifat kualitatif lapangan. Data diperoleh peneliti melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kurikulum, guru bahasa Arab dan siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman.
Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Arab ditinjau dari evaluasi masukan sudah sesuai. RPP yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum . Guru bahasa Arab sudah memiliki kualifikasi akademik dan latar belakang yang sesuai sehingga sudah layak mengajar bahasa Arab. Siswa memiliki kemampuan bahasa Arab dasar yang sama. Sarana prasarana yang digunakan sudah maksimal pengadaan dan penggunaanya. Pembelajaran bahasa Arab dilihat dari hasil pembelajaran sudah tuntas dikarenakan subyektifitas guru.
ABSTRACT:
This research was motivated by the existence of an interesting phenomenon in evaluation of Arabic learning. The evaluation of learning Arabic in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khoiriyyah was interesting because with limitations of input it can produce a good product.
The aims of this research is to evaluate Arabic language learning at MA Al-Khoiriyyah Semarang through CIPP model, especially input and product evaluation.
This research is an evaluation research that is qualitativ field. The data were collected through interviews. Observation and documentations. Interviews were conducted with the principal, curriculum representatives, Arabic teacher and students. The data was analyzed using miles and hubermean models.
The result of data analysis showed that Arabic language learning was reviewed from input evaluation is appropriate. The lesson plans used are in accordance with the curriculum. The Arabic teacher was have the appropriate academic qualification and background, so he was worthy in teaching Arabic. The students had the same basic Arabic language skill. Insfrastructure used had been maximal procurement and use. Arabic language learning as seen from the learning product had been completed due to the subjectivity of teacher.
