Political Dynamics of Tegal Regency is dominated by two parties taking turns in the legislative election contestation. The two parties in question are the National Awakening Party and the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle. Regarding this, in this final period there are differences that are quite interesting to discuss. Because the National Awakening Party succeeded in maintaining a convincing victory in the Legislative Assembly. Then to see the facts and political situation, the author also searches for information and conducts research related to the Role and Strategy of Ansor Youth in Mobilizing Political Support for the National Awakening Party in the 2019 Legislative Election in Tegal Regency.
In this study, the researcher used a qualitative type of research. The researcher presents the research results in a descriptive form which is described in a broad and in-depth manner. And the approach used in this study is a case study approach. This approach is considered the most appropriate according to the researcher to get maximum research results.
Based on the research that has been done by the author, the results show that institutionally Ansor Organizations are not involved in Practical Politics. Youth Ansor considers their political participation is national political participation that upholds the value of common interests, and prioritizes greater interests. However, personally, there are some Ansor Members who are included in the cadres of the National Awakening Party. They act as brokers because they have Party interests. In addition, the results of this study also show that brokers do not carry the name of Ansor when campaigning. Then about the majority of the people of Tegal Regency who are the Nahdliyin group. The brokers made the Nahdliyin residents the main targets in their campaign. In the campaign they do is outreach by way of door to door, namely making visits to people's homes. Then apart from door to door, they also carried out other campaign strategies, namely socializing using the Jami'yyah activities of the NU organization and its autonomous bodies. The political brokers entered the jam'iyyahan event and then explained the candidate's achievements, profiles and also political promises that could attract the attention of the Voters.
