Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perkembangan cukup pesat, hal ini berdasarkan data statistik yang memperlihatkan perkembangan jumlah kantor dan pendapatan dari Bank Syariah setiap tahunnya. Artinya banyak masyarakat di Indonesia yang sudah mengenal dan beralih ke Bank Syariah, tetapi di sisi lain terutama dalam sumber daya manusia dalam Bank Syariah sendiri tidak semua nya memiliki gelar atau pengetahuan tentang prinsip Syariah ada beberapa faktor Bank Syariah lebih memilih mahasiswa lulusan dari program studi lain, dibandingkan mahasiswa yang memiliki gelar sarjana Syariah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian yang dilakukan mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Keluarga Dan Kompetensi Mahasiswa Terhadap Minat Bekerja Di Sektor Perbankan Syariah.
Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner dalam skala Likert dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 85 responden dan data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Kemudian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat bekerja di sektor perbankan Syariah dari hasil t-test, nilai koefisien sebesar 0,120 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,146 > 0,05. Variabel Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat bekerja di sektor perbankan Syariah dari hasil t-test, nilai koefisien sebesar 0,207 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Sedangkan untuk variabel Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat bekerja di sektor perbankan Syariah dari hasil t-test, nilai koefisien sebesar 0,120 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,146 > 0,05.

ABSTRACT:
Sharia banking in Indonesia is currently experiencing quite rapid development, this is based on statistical data that shows the development of the number of offices and revenue from Islamic banks every year. This means that many people in Indonesia are familiar with and have switched to Islamic banking, but on the other hand, especially in human resources in Islamic banking, not all of them have a degree or knowledge of Sharia principles, there are several factors that Islamic banks prefer graduate students from other study programs. , compared to students who have a Sharia bachelor's degree. Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, family environment and student competence on working interest in the Islamic banking sector.
In this study, primary data was used, namely by distributing questionnaires on a Likert scale with a sample size of 85 respondents and the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 20 application. Then the results showed that the motivation variable had a positive effect on interest in working in the Islamic banking sector from the results of t test, the coefficient value is 0.120 with a significance level of 0.146> 0.05. The family environment variable has a positive effect on interest in working in the Islamic banking sector from the results of the t-test, the coefficient value is 0.207 with a significance level of 0.005 <0.05. Meanwhile, the competency variable does not have a positive effect on interest in working in the Islamic banking sector from the results of the t-test, the coefficient value is 0.120 with a significance level of 0.146> 0.05.
