This study aims to determine how the implementation of the mudharabah contract on voluntary futures deposits at KSPPS Binama Tlogosari Semarang branch from theory to partice. This researcg is Qualitative research with descriptive data analysis method using primary data sources from KSPPS Binama, and secondary data from library materials such as book, documents, literature and the internet. The data collection techniques werw carried out by observation, interview, and documentation techniques.
Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the product of voluntary futures saving at KSPPS Bina Niaga Utama Tlogosari Semarang branch was run using acontract muthlaqah mudharabah. However, in implementing the contract, there are still differences between theory and partice, such as when explaining to members relate to the contract used in voluntary futures saving product and when determining the profit sharing ratio. Determination of the amount tof the ratio that should be determined by both parties, but in partice the profit sharing ratio for voluntary futures deposits has been determined earlier by the KSPPS Bina Niaga Utama, if members are willing to open voluntary futures saving, it means that members have agreed on the profit sharing ratio to be received.
