Abstract

Latar Belakang : Akibat penularan virus corona novel yang begitu cepat melalui droplet air liur, diberlakukan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dan kebijakan lain diseluruh dunia,. Tentu saja hal tersebut mempengaruhi kebiasaan hidup, hingga kesehatan mental manusia. Peran ibu dalam hal ini juga terganggu, bagi ibu rumah tangga, biasanya hanya menemani anaknya dirumah setelah pulang sekolah, tapi sekarang ibu juga harus menggantikan peran guru sekaligus peran lainnya dirumah. Aktivitas fisk dan aktivitas sosial tentunya ikut berpengaruh. Akibatnya, Perilaku ibu dalam makan juga terdampak karena banyak kegiatan yang hanya dilakukan dirumah. Pada akhirnya kebiasan hidup selama pandemi akan berdampak pada status gizi ibu rumah tangga.
Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres, perilaku makan, dan aktivitas fisik, terhadap status gizi ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Manyaran selama Pandemi COVID-19.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel kategori nonprobability sampling. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 98 ibu rumah tangga. Data stres diukur menggunakan kuesioner DASS-21, data perilaku makan diukur menggunakan kuesioner AEBQ, data aktivitas fisik subjek diukur menggunakan kuesioner International IPAQ Short item. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman dan Uji korelasi Eta.
Hasil : Ditemukan sebanyak 4,1% responden memiliki status gizi dengan ketegori kurus, 72,4% memiliki status gizi kategori normal, dan 23,5% memiliki status gizi kategori gemuk. Sebanyak 76,5% responden berada dalam tingkatan stres normal, 13,3% stres tingkatan ringan, 8,2% stres tingkatan sedang, dan 2,0% stres berat. Sebanyak 41,8% memiliki perilaku mendekati makanan, dan 58,2% memiliki perilaku menjauhi makanan. Sebanyak 89,8% responden memiliki aktivitas fisik dengan intensitas rendah, 9,2% memiliki aktivtas fisik intensitas sedang, dan 1,0% memiliki aktivitas fisik dengan intensitas berat.
Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres(p=-0,063) dan aktivitas fisik (p=0,011). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara perilaku makan dengan status gizi (pvalue=0,426).

ABSTRACT:
Background : Due to the rapid transmission of the new corona virus through saliva droplets, Large-Scale Social Restrictions and other policies have been enforced all over the world. Of course this affects the habits of life, to human mental health. The mother's role in this matter is also disturbed. For housewives, usually only accompanying their children at home after school, but now mothers also have to replace the role of the teacher and other roles at home. Physical activity and social activity certainly have an effect. As a result, the mother's behavior in eating is also affected because many activities are only done at home. In the end, living habits during a pandemic will have an impact on the nutritional status of housewives.
Purposes : Knowing the relationship between stress levels, eating behavior, and physical activity, on the nutritional status of housewives in Manyaran Village during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Methods: This study used a cross sectional design, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling category. The number of subjects as many as 98 housewives. Stress data was measured using the DASS-21 questionnaire, eating behavior data was measured using the AEBQ questionnaire, the subject's physical activity data was measured using the International IPAQ Short item questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman correlation test and Eta correlation test.
Results: It was found that 4,1% of respondents had nutritional status in the thin category, 72,4% had normal nutritional status, and 23,5% had obese nutritional status. A total of 76,5% of respondents were under normal stress levels, 13,3% had mild stress, 8,2% had moderate stress, and 2,0% had severe stress. As many as 41,8% have behavior towards food, and 58,2% have behavior away from food. A total of 89,8% of respondents had low-intensity physical activity, 9,2% had moderate-intensity physical activity, and 1,0% had vigorous- intensity physical activity.
Conclusion : There is a relationship between stress level (p=-0.063) and physical activity (p=0.011). There is no relationship between eating behavior and nutritional status (p-value = 0.426).
