Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan self-efficacy dengan adversity quotient pada guru honorer MI se-Kecamatan Sirampog Kabupaten Brebes. Hipotesis yang diajukan oleh peneliti adalah terdapat hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan adversity quotient pada guru honorer MI se-Kecamatan Sirampog Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini mernggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 guru honorer MI se-Kecamatan Sirampog Kabupaten Brebes. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 guru honorer MI. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala self-efficay dan skala adversity quotient. Metode analisis data menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Momen, analisis deskriptif, asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan adversity quotient pada guru honorer MI se-Kecamatan Sirampog Kabupaten Brebes dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan memiliki koefisien korelasi yang kuat sebesar 0,804.

ABSTRACT:
The study was intended to test empirical correlation of self-efficacy with adversity quotient on MI honorary teacher sub-district of Sirampog the district of Brebes. The hypothesis proposed by the researcher is that there is correlation between self-efficacy with adversity quotient on MI honorary teacher sub-district Sirampog of district Brebes. The study uses a corelational quantitative method. The population in this study numbers 130 MI honorary teacher sub-district of Sirampog the district of Brebes. Samples used in this study number 60 MI honorary teachers. The measuring instrument uses two scales which is scale of self-efficacy and scale of adversity quotient. The data analysis method used Pearson Correlation Product Momen, descriptive analysis, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that self-efficacy has a significant connection with adversity quotient of MI honorary teacher sub-district Sirampog the district of Brebes with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.05 and have strong correlation coefficients of 0.804.
