Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pembentukan akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW, faktor-faktor pembentuk akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW, dan akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW pada masa kanak-kanak dan remaja dalam Sīrah Nabawiyah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari literatur Sīrah Nabawiyah. Ruang lingkup kajiannya adalah masa kanak-kanak dan remaja Nabi Muhammad SAW. Fokus penelitiannya adalah pembentukan akhlak, faktor-faktor pembentuk akhlak dan akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW pada masa kanak-kanak dan remaja. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan untuk mengungkap pembentukan akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW digunakan analisis interpretasi. Temuan penelitian: a) Pembentukan akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW pada masa kanak-kanak dan remaja adalah berada pada pendidikan Allah (al-Tarbiyah al-Rabbaniyyah), peristiwa yang dialami oleh beliau menunjukkan tanda bahwa peran serta Allah yang sangat besar dalam pembentukan akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW. dan terkandung makna bahwa proses pembentukannya melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, kedisiplinan, latihan, dan nasehat; b) Faktor-faktor pembentuk akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW pada masa kanak-kanak dalam Sīrah Nabawiyah adalah; faktor nasab yang mulia dan terhormat, lingkungan masyarakat yang ideal untuk masa itu, dan keluarga yang terbaik; dan c) akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW pada masa kanak-kanak dan remaja telah menunjukkan akhlak yang terbaik dan mulia karena perilakunya mendapatkan penjagaan (‘Iṣmah) dari Allah SWT.

ABSTRACT:
This study aims to reveal the moral formation of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the factors that form the character of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and the character of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in childhood and adolescence in Sīrah Nabawiyah. This type of research is literature with a qualitative approach. The source of the data was obtained from the Sīrah Nabawiyah literature. The scope of the study is the childhood and youth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The focus of his research is the formation of morals, the factors that form the character and morals of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in childhood and adolescence. Analysis of the data uses descriptive analysis and to reveal the moral formation of the Prophet Muhammad SAW used interpretation analysis. Research findings: a) The moral formation of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in childhood and adolescence is in the education of Allah (al-Tarbiyah al-Rabbaniyyah), the events experienced by him show signs that God's role is very large in the formation of the character of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. and it implies that the process of formation is through habituation, example, discipline, training, and advice; b) The factors that form the character of the Prophet Muhammad SAW during his childhood in Sīrah Nabawiyah are; a noble and honorable lineage factor, an ideal community environment for that time, and the best family; and c) the character of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in childhood and adolescence has shown the best and noble character because his behavior is protected ('Iṣmah) from Allah SWT.
