Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan banyak dampak negatif terhadap kehidupan manusia, untuk membantu mengatasi dampak yang timbul karena pandemi Covid-19, NU Care-LAZISNU Kendal melakukan modifikasi terhadap strategi yang biasa digunakan sebelum masa pandemi Covid-19, NU Care-LAZISNU Kendal melakukan inovasi dalam kegiatan penghimpunan dan pendistribusian ZIS di masa pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2020 untuk menyesuaikan kondisi yang ada. Penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian yang berupa penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan memakai pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, sementara itu teknik analisa datanya menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif, membandingkan teori yang ada dengan informasi yang didapatkan dari data lapangan yang ditemui kemudian di ambil kesimpulan sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan yang diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) strategi penghimpunan NU Care-LAZISNU Kendal di masa pandemi Covid-19 mengoptimalkan penghimpunan dengan metode indirect fundraising dan mengurangi kegiatan penghimpunan yang bersifat langsung. 3) Strategi pendistribusian NU Care-LAZISNU Kendal di Masa Pandemi covid-19 mematuhi protokol kesehatan, bekerja sama dengan UPZIS di daerah setempat dan pendistribusiannya mengutamakan masyarakat terdapak Covid-19.

ABSTRACT:
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many negative impacts on human life, to help overcome the impacts thats arise due to the Covid-19 pandemic, NU Care-LAZISNU Kendal made modifications to the strategies commonly used before the Covid-19 pandemic, NU Care-LAZISNU Kendal innovated in the activities of collecting and distributing of ZIS during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemicto adjust existing conditions. The author uses this type of research in the form of field research using a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection methods using interview observations and documentation studies, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive techniques, comparing existing theories with information obtained from field data collected. Are found and then conclusions are drawn as answers to the problems studied. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the sstategy for collecting NU Care LAZISNU Kendal in the Covid-19 pandemic is to optimize more with the indirect fundraising methid and reduce direct collection activities. 2) the distribution strategy of NU Care�LAZISNU Kendal the Covid-19 Pandemic period complies with health protocols, cooperates with UPZIS in the local area and prioritize the distribution of peopel affected by Covid-19.
