Abstract

Santri yaitu seorang murid yang belajar buku-buku suci/ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan Agama Islam di Pondok Pesantren, santri selain tinggal di pondok pesantren juga berstatus menjadi siswa SMA yang berkewajiban pula menyelesaikan pendidikan di sekolah. Aktivitas yang begitu padat dapat menyebabkan stres karena santri dituntut untuk membagi waktunya antara di sekolah dan di pondok pesantrean, sehingga dapat berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi makanya seringkali tidak teratur sehingga menimbulkan resiko masalah gizi pada santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan, tingkat kecukupan protein dan tingkat stres dengan status gizi remaja putri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Burhany 2 Mranggen, Demak.
Desain pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 santri putri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Burhany 2 Mranggen, Demak teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Data pola makan menggunakan form Food recall 3 x 24 jam dan FFQ (Food Frequency Quesionare). Data tingkat kecukupan protein menggunakan Food recall 3 x 24 jam. Data tingkat stres menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) 42. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Korelasi Pearson dan Spearman. Sebanyak 80% santri putri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Burhany 2 Mranggen, Demak memiliki status gizi baik, 15% gizi lebih dan 5% obesitas. Pola makan sebanyak 66,7% santri putri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Burhany 2 Mranggen, Demak memiliki pola makan baik dan 33,3% pola makan tidak baik. Rata-rata tingkat kecukupan protein sebesar 46,86 gram dan tingkat stres 16,5 skor.
Hasil uji menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pola makan (p=0,01) dan tingkat kecukupan protein (p=0,03) dengan status gizi. Namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres (p=0,30) dengan status gizi. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola makan dan tingkat kecukupan protein dengan status gizi. Namun tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres dengan status gizi.

ABSTRACT:
Santri is a student who studies holy books/Islamic sciences in Islamic boarding schools, students besides living in Islamic boarding schools are also high school students who are also obliged to complete their education at school. Activities that are so dense can cause stress because students are required to divide their time between at school and at the boarding school, so that it can affect consumption, so it is often irregular, causing the risk of nutritional problems in students. This study aims to determine the relationship between diet, protein adequacy level and stress level with the nutritional status of young women at the Nurul Burhany Islamic Boarding School 2 Mranggen, Demak.
The design in this study was cross sectional. The research sample was 60 female students at the Nurul Burhany Islamic Boarding School 2 Mranggen, Demak. The sample selection technique used the consecutive sampling method. Dietary data using the form of Food recall 3 x 24 hours and FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire). Data on the level of protein adequacy using Food recall 3 x 24 hours. Stress level data used the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) 42 questionnaire. Data analysis used the Pearson and Spearman Correlation statistical test. As many as 80% female students of the Nurul Burhany 2 Mranggen Islamic Boarding School, Demak have good nutritional status, 15% are overweight and 5% are obese. The eating pattern of 66.7% female students of Pondok Pesantren Nurul Burhany 2 Mranggen, Demak has a good diet and 33.3% a bad diet. The average level of protein adequacy is 46.86 grams and the stress level is 16.5 scores.
The test results showed a significant relationship between diet (p=0.01) and protein adequacy level (p=0.03) with nutritional status. However, there was no relationship between stress levels (p=0.30) and nutritional status. There is a significant relationship between diet and the level of protein adequacy with nutritional status. However, there is no significant relationship between stress levels and nutritional status.
