Penilitian ini di Latar belakangi oleh perubahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat Samin. Pada zaman dahulu masyarakat Samin sangat tertutup sekali dengan masyarakat luar sehingga mereka tidak mengetahui informasi apapun dari luar, namun sekarang masyarakat Samin sudah terbuka dengan masyarakat luar dan juga sudah mulai mengikuti perkembangan, karena keterbukaan mereka membuat banyak sekali tokoh-tokoh politik yang datang ke masyarkaat Samin selain itu dalam Pilkada Blora 2020 masyarakat Samin di Desa Klopoduwur sangat berantusias meskipun di tengah pandemic covid-19, karena hal tersebut penulis ingin meneliti partisipasi masyarakat Samin dalam Pilkada Blora 2020.
Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data Primer adalah wawancara Kepala Desa Klopoduwur, Perangkat Desa Klopoduwur, Ketua RT 02, Mbah Lasio selaku sesepuh Masyarakat Samin atu Sedulur Sikep dan warga Samin yang berasal Dukuh Karangpace. Data sekunder merupakan adalah catatan atau laporan yang dipublikasikan atau tidak di publikasikan, dan arsip. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mempunyai dua rumusan masalah 1) Apa Bentuk partisipasi Masyarakat Samin dalam Pilkada tahun 2020?. 2) Apa faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat Samin dalam Pilkada Blora 2020.
Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa masyarakat Samin dalam pilkada Blora pada tahun 2020 tidak ikut berpartisipasi dalam pembentukan DPT, TPS, dan kampanye. Tidak ikutnya masyarakat Samin dalam Pembentukan DPT dan TPS karena kurangnya tingkat Pendidikan pada masyarakat Samin sehingga tidak memenuhi syarat untuk menjadi PPS maupun KPPS. Selanjutnya tidak ikutnya masyarakat Samin dalam kampanye karena mereka percaya bahwa kampanye tidak mempunyai manfaat dan malah menimbulkan pertengkaran. Meskipun begitu partisipasi masyarakat Samin dalam memberikan suara cukup tinggi karena dari 170 pemilih terdapat 128 masyarakat Samin yang ikut memilih. Faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat Samin dalam partisipinya adalah perubahan sosial budaya yang terjadi kepada masyarakat Samin, Pendidikan, teknologi, sosialisasi dari pemerintah, hingga, pengaruh tokoh masyarakat.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by changing that occur in the Samin community. In ancient times the Samin community was very closed to the outside community, so they did not know any information from the outside, now the Samin community is open to the outside community and has also begun to follow developments, because of their openness there were a lot of political figures who came to the Samin community, in the election Samin community was very enthusiastic even though in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, because of this the author wanted to make a research with Samin community participation in the election at Blora 2020.
The method that will be used in tihis research is a qualitative method with a case study. Primary data are interviews with the Head of Klopoduwur Village, Klopoduwur Village Officials, Head of RT 02, Mbah Lasio as an elder of the Samin or Sedulur Sikep Community and Samin residents from Karangpace. Secondary data are records or reports that are published or not published, and archives. In this study the author has two question 1) what are the forms the participation of the Samin community in the 2020 Blora Election?. 2) What are the factors that influence the Samin community's participation in the 2020 Blora Election?
The results of the research prove that the Samin community in the Blora election 2020 did not participate in the formation of DPT, TPS, and campaigns. The Samin community did not participate in the formation of the DPT and TPS because of education level in the Samin community was not enough, that they did not qualified of the requirements to become PPS or KPPS. Furthermore, the Samin community did not follow the campaign, because they believed that the campaign had no benefits instead make a quarrels. The participation of the Samin community in voting was quite high because of the 170 voters there were 128 Samin people who voted. The factors that influence of the Samin community in their participation are the socio-cultural, education, technology, socialization from the government, influence of .public figure.
