Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi kerja secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui ikhlas) terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior Guru Tetap Non ASN Madrasah Ibtidai’yah di Naungan Nahdlatul Ulama Kota ce31`iabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organissasi dan Motivasi Kerja, sedangkan variable dependen yang digunakan adalah Organization Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ), dan ikhlas sebagai variable intervening.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru Tetap Non ASN Madrasah Ibtidai’yah di Naungan Nahdlatul Ulama Kota Pekalongan yang berjumlah 396 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh ( seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel ). Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Jalur ( Path Analysis ) untuk menguji variable intervening.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keikhlasan guru TetapNon ASN Madrasah Ibtidai’yah di Naungan Nahdlatul Ulama Kota Pekalongan. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Ikhlas, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) melalui Ikhlas sebagai variabel intervening. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) melalui Ikhlas sebagai variabel intervening. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) melalui Ikhlas sebagai variabel intervening.
ABSTRACT:
This study aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation directly or indirectly (through sincerity) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Non ASN Teachers at Madrasah Ibtidai'yah in Nahdlatul Ulama shelter, Pekalongan. The independent variable in this study was Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation.While the dependent variable used was Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and sincerity as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all Non ASN Permanent Teachers at Madrasah Ibtidai'yah in Nahdlatul Ulama shelter, Pekalongan, amounting to 396 people. The writer used saturated sample (the entire population is sampled). The writer also used Path Analysis to test the intervening variables and t test to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable.
The results showed that: Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on the sincerity of non-ASN Madrasah Ibtidai'yah teachers in Nahdlatul Ulama shelter, Pekalongan. Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on sincerity. Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through sincerity as an intervening variable. Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through sincerity as an intervening variable. Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through sincerity as an intervening variable.
