Abstract
Tingkat kualitas pencapaian hasil belajar oleh siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran salah satu penyebabnya adalah minat belajar. Minat belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya motivasi, niat dan dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan dukungan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya adalah asosiatif kausal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 25 September 2022 di SMK Umar Fattah Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 124 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian instrumen penelitian antara lain uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta analisa data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan minat belajar siswa SMK Umar Fattah Rembang sebanyak 22 siswa (17,7%) termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sebanyak 80 siswa (64,5%) kategori sedang, dan sebanyak 20 siswa (17,7%) kategori rendah. Berdasarkan analisa data diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 5,982 untuk variabel motivasi belajar dan nilai tersebut lebih besar dari t tabel 1,65 dan nilai Sig.(0,00) lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0,05 maka ditarik keputusan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan minat belajar. Variabel motivasi belajar dan dukungan keluarga secara simultan mampu memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa sebesar 62,6%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 37,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivasi belajar dan dukungan keluargaterhadap minat belajar siswa SMK Umar Fattah Rembang. Bagi keluarga dibutuhkan perhatian secara serius dari keluarga khususnya orangtua berkaitan dengan minat belajar pada siswa.
ABSTRACT:
The level of quality of achievement of learning outcomes by students in learning activities one of the causes is interest in learning. Interest in learning can be influenced by several factors including motivation, intention and family support. This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and support This research uses a quantitative research approach with the type of research being causal associative. This research was conducted on September 25, 2022 at SMK Umar Fattah, Rembang Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was a total sampling with a total sample of 124 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a likert scale. Testing of research instruments includes validity and reliability tests and data analysis using multiple regression with the help of SPSS version 23. The results showed that the interest in learning by students of SMK Umar Fattah Rembang as many as 22 students (17.7%) were included in the high category, as many as 80 students (64.5%) in the medium category, and as many as 20 students (17.7%) in the low category. Based on data analysis, a calculated t value of 5.982 was obtained for the learning motivation variable and the value was greater than t table 1.65 and the Sig.(0.00) value was smaller than the probability of 0.05, so the decision was drawn that there was a significant influence between learning motivation and learning interest. The variables of learning motivation and family support were simultaneously able to contribute to the influence on students' learning interests by 62.6%, while the remaining 37.4% was influenced by other variables outside this study. The conclusion in this study is that learning motivation and family support for the learning interests of SMK Umar Fattah Rembang students. For families, serious attention is needed from the family, especially parents related to the interest in learning in students.
