Abstract
Kemampuan berpikir HOTS siswa SMA masih tergolong rendah. Buku teks yang digunakan sebagai buku standar memiliki kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingka tinggi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis muatan HOTS dan LOTS dalam buku teks PAI dan Budi Pekerti tingkat SMA pada bagian materi, penugasan, dan penilaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menelaah dokumen buku teks PAI dan Budi Pekerti SMA kelas X, XI, dan XII yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan Balitbang Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi buku teks melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukan muatan HOTS dan LOTS pada bagian materi, penugasan, dan penilaian tidak seimbang. Muatan HOTS pada bagian materi memiliki persentase 6,24%, sedangkan muatan LOTS dengan persentase 93,26%. Muatan HOTS pada bagian penugasan dalam buku teks memiliki persentase 31,25% sedangkan muatan LOTS dengan persentase 68,75%. Muatan HOTS pada bagian penilaian memiliki persentase 21,52%, sedangkan muatan LOTS dengan persentase 78,48%. Dari ketiga buku teks yang diteliti, muatan HOTS yang paling banyak ditemukan secara berurutan pada buku teks kelas XII, XI, dan X.
ABSTRACT:
The HOTS thinking ability of high school students is still relatively low. Textbooks used as standard books contribute to improving students' higher-level thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the content of HOTS and LOTS in PAI and Budi Pekerti textbooks at the senior high school level in the material, assignment, and assessment sections. This study uses a type of library research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was by examining the PAI and Budi Pekerti textbook documents for grades X, XI, and XII SMA published by the Center for Curriculum and Books of Research and Development Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Education and Culture. The data analysis technique used textbook content analysis through the stages of reduction, data display, and conclusions drawing. The results show that the HOTS and LOTS loads in the material, assignment, and assessment sections are not balanced. HOTS content in the material section has a percentage of 6.24%, while LOTS content has a percentage of 93.26%. HOTS content in the assignment section of the textbook has a percentage of 31.25% while LOTS content has a percentage of 68.75%. HOTS content in the assessment section has a percentage of 21.52%, while LOTS content has a percentage of 78.48%. Of the three textbooks studied, the most HOTS content was found sequentially in class XII, XI, and X textbooks.
