Abstract

Adanya perselisihan antar pedagang dengan pemerintah mengenai kesemrawutan pinggir jalan kota yang dipenuhi dengan pedagang kaki lima dianggap merusak tatanan keindahan kota dan mengganggu aktivitas lalu lintas. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan para pedagang kaki lima yang bertepatan di Jalan R Suprapto harus relokasi ke Pusat Kuliner Purwodadi. Relokasi adalah perpindahan dari lokasi lama ke lokasi baru. Pemerintah mengharapkan proses relokasi agar kondisi menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Setelah relokasi di Pusat Kuliner Purwodadi telah merasakan lebih baik dari sebelumnya, namun berjalannya waktu para pedagang mengalami perubahan buruk dari segi sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak sosial dan dampak ekonomi atas relokasi pedagang kaki lima di Pusat Kuliner Purwodadi.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan atau field research dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Fungsional Struktural dengan skema AGIL dari Talcott Parson.
Hasil penelitian ini Dampak positif sosial yaitu interaksi sosial antar pedagang masih terjalin baik seperti kerjasama, akomodasi, kenyamanan setelah relokasi berupa tersedianya beberapa fasilitas di Pusat Kuliner Purwodadi yaitu kios beserta seisinya dan keamanan yang terjamin di sekitar Pusat Kuliner Purwodadi. Sedangkan dampak negatif sosial yaitu konflik antara pedagang dengan satpam di Pusat Kuliner Purwodadi.Dampak positif ekonomi yaitu sebagian pedagang Pusat Kuliner Purwodadi mengalami peningkatan pendapatan dan Omzet dari Rp 1.000.000 per hari sampai Rp 1.200.000 per hari. Sedangkan dampak negatif ekonomi meliputi sebagian pedagang Pusat Kuliner Purwodadi mengalami penurunan pendapatan dan omzet dengan memperoleh minimal Rp 100.000 dan maksimal Rp. 500.000 perhari.

ABSTRACT:
The existence of disputes between traders and the government regarding the chaos on the city's roadside which is filled with street vendors is considered to damage the beauty of the city and disrupt traffic activities. This resulted in the street vendors who happened to be on Jalan R Suprapto having to relocate to the Purwodadi Culinary Center. Relocation is moving from the old location to a new location. The government expects the relocation process so that conditions will be better than before. After relocating at the Purwodadi Culinary Center, they felt better than before, but over time, the traders experienced bad changes in social and economic terms. This study aims to find out how the social and economic impacts of the relocation of street vendors at the Purwodadi Culinary Center.
This research is a field research or field research with a qualitative research type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis consisting of three stages: data reduction, data display and conclusion. This study uses Structural Functional theory with the AGIL scheme from Talcott Parson.
The results of this study have a positive social impact, namely social interaction between traders is still well established, such as cooperation, accommodation, convenience after relocation in the form of the availability of several facilities at the Purwodadi Culinary Center, namely kiosks and their contents and guaranteed security around the Purwodadi Culinary Center. Meanwhile, the negative social impact was the conflict between the traders and the security guard at the Purwodadi Culinary Center. The positive economic impact was that some traders at the Purwodadi Culinary Center experienced an increase in income and turnover from IDR 1,000,000 per day to IDR 1,200,000 per day. Meanwhile, the negative economic impact included that some traders at the Purwodadi Culinary Center experienced a decrease in income and turnover by earning a minimum of Rp. 100,000 and a maximum of Rp. 500,000 per day.
