Etika guru dan murid adalah core of the core dalam pendidikan Islam, namun kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari guru dan murid pada saat ini. Persoalan etika guru dan murid banyak didiskusikan mulai masa Ibnu Miskawaih, al-Zarnuji, al-Ghazali, al-Nawawi, Ibnu Jama’ah, dan al-‘Āmilī. Al-‘Āmilī adalah salah satu ulama syi’ah yang mengembangkan etika guru dan murid dari generasi sebelumnya, meskipun sebagian besar diadopsi dari pemikiran etika Ibnu jama’ah. Penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan dan menganalisis etika guru dan murid dalam perspektif al-‘Āmilī berkaitan urgensi etika guru dan murid dalam pemikiran al-‘Āmilī?, Bagaimana etika guru dan murid perspektif al-‘Āmilī?, dan Bagaimana model etika guru dan murid perspektif al-‘Āmilī dan bagaimana aktualisasi etika guru dan murid perspektif al-‘Āmilī di era disrupsi?. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berbasis teks dengan pendekatan hermeneutik Hubbermas yang mengaitkan antara teks, konteks, dan teori. Data-data penelitian yang diperoleh kemudian dibaca dengan teori Pierre Boudieu tentang doksa, habitus, dan kekerasan simbolik. sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah pemikiran al-‘Āmilī tentang etika guru dan murid dalam kitab Munyat Murīd fī Adab al-Mufīd wa al-Mustafīd.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan terkait etika guru dan murid sangat dibutuhkan dalam pandangan al-‘Āmilī karena pendidikan merupakan upaya untuk mengokohkan agama, melestarikan ilmu dan menghindarkan dari kemusnahan. Etika akan membentuk guru dan murid menjadi orang yang berakhlak, sedangkan ilmu merupakan sarana bagi guru dan murid agar menjadi insan kamil‘ yang profetik, produktif, dan kreatif serta memenuhi perannya sebagai ‘Abdullah dan khalifah fi al-ardh yang kritis, dinamis, dan humanis. Kedua, Etika guru dan murid al-‘Āmilī menggambarkan adanya kebebasan dalam belajar dan berpikir. Kebebasan dalam belajar dan berpikir dikenal juga dengan al-Hurriyah al-Fikriyyah al-Naqdiyyah al-Masūliyyah. Ketiga, Model relasi guru dan murid al-‘Āmili yang terwujud dalam etika guru dan murid bersifat sufistik-adaptif-prediktif model etika guru dan murid perspektif al-‘Āmilī mempunyai kesesuaian dengan semangat era disrupsi. Kesesuaian ini menimbulkan pendidikan yang bertumpu pada model pendidikan merdeka belajar dan pendidikan kesetaraan atau equal education. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka perlu dilakukan revitalisasi etika guru dan murid dalam Pendidikan Islam. Kedua, etika guru dan murid perlu dirumuskan secara periodik dan berkesinambungan. Ketiga, etika pendidikan dirumuskan untuk menciptakan pendidikan Islam yang merdeka sehingga tercipta pendidikan dengan model merdeka belajar dan pendidikan kesetaraan di era disrupsi ini.

ABSTRACT:
The ethics of teachers and students is the core of the core in Islamic education, but it is getting less attention from teachers and students at this time. The ethical issues of teachers and students were widely discussed from the time of Ibn Miskawaih, al-Zarnuji, al-Ghazali, al-Nawawi, Ibn Jama'ah, and al-'Āmilī. Al-'Āmilī is one of the Shia scholars who developed the ethics of teachers and students from the previous generation, although most of it was adopted from the ethical thought of Ibn Jama'ah. This study attempts to describe and analyze the ethics of teachers and students in the perspective of al-'Āmilī regarding the urgency of ethics of teachers and students in the thought of al-'Āmilī?, How are the ethics of teachers and students from the perspective of al-'Āmilī? al-'Āmilī and how is the actualization of the ethics of teachers and students from the perspective of al-'Āmilī in the era of disruption?. This research is a text-based qualitative research with Hubbermas' hermeneutic approach that links text, context, and theory. The research data obtained were then read with Pierre Boudieu's theory of doksa, habitus, and symbolic violence. the primary data source of this research is al-'Āmilī's thoughts on the ethics of teachers and students in the book Munyat Murīd fī Adab al-Mufīd wa al-Mustafīd.
This study shows that education related to the ethics of teachers and students is very much needed in the view of al-'Āmilī because education is an effort to strengthen religion, preserve knowledge and prevent it from being destroyed. Ethics will shape teachers and students into moral people, while science is a means for teachers and students to become prophetic, productive and creative human beings and fulfill their role as critical, dynamic, and humanist Abdullah and khalifah fi al-ardh. . Second, the ethics of teachers and students of al-'Āmilī describes the existence of freedom in learning and thinking. Freedom in learning and thinking is also known as al-Hurriyah al-Fikriyyah al-Naqdiyyah al-Masūliyyah. Third, the model of the teacher-student relationship of al-'Āmili which is embodied in the ethics of teachers and students is sufistic-adaptive-predictive. The model of ethics of teachers and students in the perspective of al-'Āmilī has conformity with the spirit of the era of disruption. This conformity gives rise to education that is based on an independent learning model of education and equality education. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to revitalize the ethics of teachers and students in Islamic education. Second, the ethics of teachers and students need to be formulated periodically and continuously. Third, the ethics of education is formulated to create an independent Islamic education so as to create education with a model of free learning and equality education in this era of disruption..
