Abstract
Diantara instrumen yang dimanfaatkan dalam menentukan arah kiblat adalah istiwaaini. Prinsipnya sama dengan theodolite. Dalam penentuan arah kiblat, istiwaaini menggunakan konsep beda azimut, yaitu selisih azimut kiblat dan azimut matahari. Istiwaaini dianggap cukup akurat, namun memiliki beberapa kekurangan, diantaranya adalah istiwaain belum bisa membaca angka hingga tingkat ketelitian detik busur. Jika pengukuran kiblat dilakukan setiap saat di siang hari, nilai beda azimut cenderung sampai pada ketelitian detik busur. Untuk menambah akurasi istiwaaini diperlukan data beda azimut yang efektif, yaitu nilai derajat tanpa kelebihan menit busur dan detik busur, atau hanya kelebihan 30 menit busur, sehingga beda azimut mudah untuk di observasi. Oleh karena terdapat algoritma tambahan, dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi penunjang untuk memudahkan sistem operasi data beda azimut tersebut.
Dari pernyataan tersebut, muncul pertanyaan Bagaimana formulasi mengefektifkan beda azimut untuk penentuan arah kiblat dan bagaimana merancang sistem data beda azimut berbasis android .
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D)dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rancangan aplikasi android yang berisikan data beda azimut efektif.
Beda azimut dapat diefektifkan dari nilai awal berupa derajat dengan kelebihan menit dan detik busur menjadi berniai derajat tanpa kelebihan menit dan detik busur. Aplikasi azimut ini dirancang untuk menentukan nilai beda azimut efektif untuk penentuan arah kiblat.
ABSTRACT:
Among the instruments used in determining the direction of Qibla is istiwaaini. The principle is the same as the theodolite. In determining the Qibla direction, this istiwaa uses the concept of azimuth difference, namely the difference between the Qibla azimuth and the sun's azimuth. This istiwaain is considered to be quite accurate, but it has several drawbacks, one of which is that it has not been able to read numbers to the level of arcsecond accuracy. If the Qibla measurement is carried out at any time during the day, the value of the azimuth difference tends to reach the accuracy of arcseconds. To increase the accuracy of this special, an effective azimuth difference data is needed, namely the degree value without excess arc minutes and arc seconds, or only 30 arc minutes excess, so that the azimuth difference is easy to observe. Because there are additional algorithms, a supporting application is needed to facilitate the operating system for the azimuth difference data.
From this statement, the question arises: How does the formulation make the azimuth difference effective for determining the Qibla direction and how to design an android-based azimuth difference data system.
This type of research is research and development (R&D) with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the design of an android application that contains effective azimuth difference data.
The azimuth difference can be made effective from the initial value in the form of degrees with excess minutes and arc seconds to be in degrees without excess minutes and arc seconds. This azimuth application is designed to determine the value of the effective azimuth difference for determining the Qibla direction.
