Abstract

Kepemimpinan Akademik kiai dalam merehabilitasi santri gangguan jiwa di pondok pesantren merupakan tindakan kiai dalam memperbaiki masalah kejiwaan seseorang dengan memfasilitasi berbagai kegiatan untuk memulihkan fungsi dan produktifitas serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup santri. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab pertanyaan: (1) Bagaimanakah kepemimpinan Akademik kiai dalam merehabilitasi santri penderita gangguan jiwa di P.P. Nurussalam? (2) Bagaimanakah kepemimpinan Akademik kiai dalam merehabilitasi santri penderita gangguan jiwa di P.P. Roudlotut Tholabah Ki Ageng Serang? (3) Bagaimanakah komparasi kepemimpinan Akademik kiai dalam merehabilitasi santri penderita Gangguan Jiwa di P.P. Nurussalam dan Roudlotut Tholabah Ki Ageng Serang? Permasalahan dibahas melalui penelitian lapangan. Lokasi sebagai sumber data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Semua data dianalisis dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan menggunakan analisis data situs tunggal kemudian analisis data lintas situs.
Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Akademik kiai dalam merehabilitasi santri gangguan jiwa di P.P Nurussalam telah menjalankan fungsi sebagai pemimpin dengan menerapkan visi dan misi dengan model kepemimpinan individual dan kolektif dengan tipe kharismatik, spritualistik. strategi dan metode pengobatan tradisional dan spiritual. Dan manajemen kepemimpinan kiai telah melaksanakan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. (2) Kepemimpinan Akademik kiai dalam merehabilitasi santri gangguan jiwa di P.P Roudlotut Tolabah Ki Ageng Serang telah menjalankan visi, misi dan tujuan dengan model individual dan tipe otokratik,kharismatik,spritualistik serta strategi pengobatan spiritual. Dan manajemen kepemimpinan kiai telah melaksanakan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan (3) kedua situs menunjukkan persamaan dan perbedaan kepemimpinan Akademik kiai dalam merehabilitasi santri gangguan jiwa. Persamaan di kedua situs pada misi dan tujuan. Model individu dengan tipe kharismatik-spritualistik serta strategi pengobatan spiritual. Sedangkan perbedaannya visi kepemimpinan dengan model kolektif dan tipe otokratik serta strategi dan metode pengobatan tradisional.

ABSTRACT:
The kiai's academic leadership in rehabilitating students with mental disorders in Islamic boarding schools is the kiai's action in improving one's mental problems by facilitating various activities to restore function and productivity and improve the quality of life of students. This study is intended to answer the questions: (1) How is the academic leadership of the Kiai in rehabilitating students with mental disorders in P.P. Nurussalam? (2) How is the academic leadership of the Kiai in rehabilitating students with mental disorders at P.P. Roudlotut Tholabah Ki Ageng Attack? (3) How does the academic leadership of the Kiai compare to rehabilitating students with mental disorders at P.P. Nurussalam and Roudlotut Tholabah Ki Ageng Serang? Problems are discussed through field research. The data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. All data were analyzed with a case study approach using single-site data analysis and then cross-site data analysis.
This study shows that: (1) The academic leadership of the Kiai in rehabilitating students with mental disorders at P.P Nurussalam has carried out his function as a leader by implementing a vision and mission with individual and collective leadership models with a charismatic, spiritual type. Traditional and spiritual healing strategies and methods. And the leadership of the Kiai has carried out planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. (2) The academic leadership of the Kiai in rehabilitating students with mental disorders at P.P Roudlotut Tolabah Ki Ageng Serang has carried out the vision, mission, and goals with individual models and types of autocratic, charismatic, spiritual, and spiritual treatment strategies. And the Kiai leadership management has planned, organized, implemented, and supervised. (3) Both sites show similarities and differences in the kiai's academic leadership in rehabilitating students with mental disorders. The similarities are the sites on mission and goals and the individual model with charismatic-spiritualistic type and spiritual treatment strategy. In contrast, the difference is the leadership vision of the collective model and the autocratic type, as well as the strategies and methods of traditional medicine.
