Skripsi ini berjudul “Hubungan Dukungan Sosial dan Harga Diri dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Siswa Tuna rungu di SLB Purworejo”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris, adakah hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan harga diri dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa SLB Purworejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, atau penelitian yang menghasilkan data numerik. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini. Studi ini bertempat di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) di Kota Purworejo dengan 80 siswa berkebutuhan khusus tuna rungu. Menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, artinya semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai (sig) sebesar 0,000<0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dan harga diri dengan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa tuna rungu di SLB Purworejo. Tingkat korelasi hubungan pada hipotesis ini dengan nilai r atau korelasi pearson sebesar 54,6%. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

ABSTRACT:
This thesis is entitled "The Relationship between Social Support and Self-Esteem with the Psychological Well-Being of Deaf Students in SLB Purworejo". This study aims to test empirically, is there a relationship between social support and self-esteem with psychological well-being in Purworejo SLB students. This research uses a quantitative approach, or research that produces numerical data. Questionnaires were used to collect data for this study. This study took place at an Special School (SLB) in Purworejo City with 80 students with special needs who are deaf. Using a saturated sampling technique, meaning that all members of the population are sampled. The results of this study indicate that a value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a positive relationship between social support and self-esteem and the psychological well-being of deaf students at SLB Purworejo. The correlation level of the relationship in this hypothesis with the value of r or Pearson's correlation is 54,6%. So, it can be concluded that all hypotheses in this study are accepted.
