Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan arahan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang dengan membimbing, memberikan pelajaran, dan memperbaiki moral. Santri di pondok pesantren memiliki tugas yang lebih besar dibanding siswa yang bersekolah umum. Flow akademik memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan akademik dalam bidang Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan dukungan sosial dan religiusitas dengan flow akademik santriwati Ma’had Al-Mar’atush Sholihah Islamic Boarding School. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan religiusitas dengan flow akademik Ma’had Al-Mar’atush Sholihah Islamic Boarding School. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 170 santriwati menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi ganda dengan bantuan program komputer IBM SPSS for windows 25. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini yaitu skala dukungan sosial, skala International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) Religiosity, dan skala flow akademik. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan flow akademik dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Lalu, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan flow akademik dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Serta terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan religiusitas dengan flow akademik dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Oleh sebab itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima.

ABSTRACT:
Education is a directive carried out by someone by guiding, giving lessons, and improving morale. Santri at Islamic boarding schools has a bigger task than student who goes to public school. Academic flow has a very important role to increase academic success in the field of Education. This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between social support and religiosity with the academic flow of female students at Ma'had Al-Mar'atush Sholihah Islamic Boarding School. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between social support and religiosity with the academic flow of Ma'had Al-Mar'atush Sholihah Islamic Boarding School. The sample of this research was 170 female students using cluster random sampling technique. The research method used in this study was quantitative, using multiple correlation analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS for Windows 25 computer program. The measuring instruments in this study were the social support scale, the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) Religiosity scale, and the academic flow scale. Methods of data analysis using the Pearson product moment correlation test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between social support and academic flow with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Then, there is a significant relationship between religiosity and academic flow with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And there is a significant positive relationship between social support and religiosity with academic flow with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
