Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Collaborative Governance Dalam Pengelolaan Objek Wisata Alam Bukit Sakura Lawu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran dari masing-masing stakeholder, relasi yang terbentuk dari tiap stakeholder, dan dinamika yang terjadi di dalam sebuah proses kolaborasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Objek Wisata Alam Bukit Sakura Lawu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan stakeholder Bukit Sakura Lawu, pedagang Bukit Sakura Lawu, tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh agama Desa Tlogo Dringo yang terlibat serta memiliki informasi penting mengenai kolaborasi stakeholder dalam pengelolaan Objek Wisata Bukit Sakura Lawu. Peneliti menggunakan alat perekam, catatan lapangan, tinjauan pustaka, jurnal, dan bahan-bahan terkait dengan penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitataif yang dihubungkan dengan data lapangan dan mengolahnya menjadi satu kesatuan yang dapat dijelaskan dalam penulisan ini.
Hasil dari penelitian ini, mengidentifikasi peran-peran dari tiap stakeholder serta relasi yang terjadi antar stakeholder dengan proses kolaborasi Ansel dan Gash. Rangkaian proses kolaborasi meliputi a) kondisi awal, di dalam kondisi awal terdapat tiga tahapan relasi yaitu ketidakseimbangan sumber daya, kendala pada partisipatif, dan konflik kondisi awal. b) proses kolaborasi, di dalam proses kolaborasi merupakan tahapan dimana peran dan relasi stakeholder terbentuk, dalam proses ini terdapat beberapa tahapan yaitu, tahap tatap muka, komitmen terhadap proses, pemahaman bersama, relasi desain kelembagaan dan hasil menengah. c) hasil akhir, hasil akhir merupakan sebuah pencapain akhir dalam proses kolaborasi.

ABSTRACT:
This study examines Collaborative Governance in the Management of Nature Tourism Objects Bukit Sakura Lawu, Karanganyar Regency. This study aims to describe the role of each stakeholder, the relationships formed by each stakeholder, and the dynamics that occur in a collaborative process.
This study used a qualitative method, where the research was carried out at the Bukit Sakura Lawu Nature Tourism Object, Karanganyar Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained by observation, in-depth interviews with Bukit Sakura Lawu stakeholders, Bukit Sakura Lawu traders, community leaders, and religious leaders from Tlogo Dringo Village who were involved and had important information about stakeholder collaboration in managing the Bukit Sakura Lawu Tourism Object. The researcher's use of recording devices, field notes, literature reviews, journals, and research-related materials to this research. In analyzing the data, this study uses qualitative data analysis which coordinates with field data and processes them into a single unit that can be described in this paper.
The results of this study identify the roles of each stakeholder and the relationships that occur between stakeholders with the Ansel and Gash collaboration process. The series of collaboration processes includes a) initial conditions, in the initial conditions there are three stages of relations, namely resource imbalance, participatory constraints, and initial conflict conditions. b) the collaboration process, in the collaboration process is the stage where stakeholder roles and relationships are formed, in this process there are several stages, namely, the face-to-face stage, commitment to the process, mutual understanding, institutional design relations and intermediate results. c) final result, the final result is a final achievement in the collaboration process.
