Abstract
Pengembangan Objek Wisata Bukit Pentulu, di dalamnya terdapat beberapa aktor yang terlibat, diantaranya dari pihak pemerintah maupun pihak swasta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kerja sama dan relasi kelompok sadar wisata terhadap antar aktor yang terlibat dalam pengembangan Objek Wisata Bukit Pentulu Indah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya kerjasama yang dilakukan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan objek wisata yaitu dengan melibatkan pemerintah, pihak swasta dan masyarakat. Aktor yang terlibat serta berperan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan wisata adalah Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kebumen, Dinas Perhutani bersama Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan Kedu Selatan, Pemerintah Desa Karangsambung, Kelompok Sadar Wisata Paras Adi Prakarsa, PT Djarum 76 Fundation, dan elemen masyarakat sekitar seperti Karangtaruna dan Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan Sido Makmur. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam proses kolaborasi pengelolaan dan pengembangannya sudah berjalan dengan baik adanya kerja sama yang dilakukan berbagai pihak seperti pihak pemerintah, pihak swasta, dan masyarakat yang menghasilkan beberapa kebijakan dan dampak positif bagi pengembangan wisata Bukit Pentulu Indah. Relasi yang di bangun antar aktor yang terlibat merupakan relasi sosial antar kelompok yang di bagi menjadi relasi formal berdasarkan peraturan dan relasi informal berdasarkan hubungan interpersional.
ABSTRACT:
The development of the Pentulu Hill tourist attraction, in which there are several actors involved, including from the government and the private sector. The aim of this research is to determine the cooperation and relationships between tourism awareness groups and the actors involved in developing the Bukit Pentulu Indah tourist attraction. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The results of this research show that there is cooperation in the management and development of tourist attractions, namely by involving the government, the private sector and the community. The actors involved and playing a role in tourism management and development are the Kebumen Regency Tourism and Culture Office, the Forestry Service together with the South Kedu Forest Management Unit, the Karangsambung Village Government, the Paras Adi Prakarsa Tourism Awareness Group, PT Djarum 76 Fundation, and elements of the surrounding community such as Karangtaruna and Sido Makmur Forest Village Community Institution. It can be concluded that the collaborative management and development process has gone well, there has been cooperation carried out by various parties such as the government, private sector and the community which has resulted in several policies and positive impacts for the development of Pentulu Indah Hill tourism. The relationships that are built between the actors involved are social relationships between groups which are divided into formal relationships based on regulations and informal relationships based on interpersonal relationships.
