Peneliti ingin meninjau terkait dengan kesejahteraan yang diwacanakan pemerintah melalui program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD). Sering ditemukannya berbagai hambatan dan kendala di lapangan saat pelaksanaan program BLT-DD sehingga keberhasilan program BLT-DD belum berjalan maksimal. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui perspektif masyarakat terkait pelaksanaan program BLT-DD melaui kuesioner serta untuk menguji dan menganalisis seberapa besar tingkat keefektifan pelaksanaan program BLT-DD di Desa Langgenharjo Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori struktural fungsional Talcott Parsons. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 137 orang sedangkan sampel penelitain ini berjumlah 103 orang, yang mana penentuan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dan menggunakan rumus slovin. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dua sumber, yaitu sumber sekunder dan sumber primer. Sumber sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui buku, jurnal dan artikel ilmiah lainnya sedangkan sumber primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden atau penerima BLT-DD di Desa Langgenharjo Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner, maka peneliti menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan statistik inferensial dan statistik deskriptif.
Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian yaitu: 1) berdasarkan uji r hitung dan r tabel pada tabulasi data terbukti cukup efektif dalam pelaksanaan program BLT-DD di Desa Langgenharjo yaitu sebesar 85,02%, 2) terbukti cukup efektif dapat dinyatakan dari hasilnya yang diperoleh dari tingkat signifikansi sebesar lebih dari 0,05, tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,666622.

ABSTRACT:
Researchers want to review the welfare issues discussed by the government through the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) program. Various obstacles and obstacles are often found in the field during the implementation of the BLT-DD program so that the success of the BLT-DD program has not run optimally. Therefore, researchers want to know the community's perspective regarding the implementation of the BLT-DD program through a questionnaire and to test and analyze the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the BLT-DD program in Langgenharjo Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency.
The theory used in this research is Talcott Parsons' functional structural theory. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study was 137 people, while the research sample was 103 people, where the sample was determined using the Simple Random Sampling technique and using the Slovin formula. Researchers used data collection techniques through two sources, namely secondary sources and primary sources. Secondary sources are data obtained through books, journals and other scientific articles, while primary sources are obtained through distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents or BLT-DD recipients in Langgenharjo Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency. In proving and analyzing the data obtained from the questionnaire results, the researcher used validity tests and reliability tests which were then analyzed using inferential statistics and descriptive statistics.
The test results in the research are: 1) based on the r count and r table tests in data tabulation, it is proven to be quite effective in implementing the BLT-DD program in Langgenharjo Village, namely 85.02%, 2) it is proven to be quite effective which can be stated from the results obtained from the level significance is more than 0.05, the significance level is 0.666622.
