Bank Sampah Resik Sejahtera memiliki andil yang cukup besar dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah di lingkungan RW 08 Sambiroto. Meskipun baru berjalan 4 tahun, namun Bank Sampah Resik Sejahtera telah berhasil mengajak masyarakat untuk mengelola sampah dengan baik dan benar. Alasan peneliti mengambil judul ini karena peneliti tertarik untuk memahami program dan alasan program Bank Sampah Resik Sejahtera dibentuk serta dampak-dampak program tersebut dalam meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat RW 08 Sambiroto.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan dan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun sumber data penelitian, meliputi; sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari informan. Sementara itu, sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari arsip Bank Sampah Resik Sejahtera dan studi literatur terkait kajian serupa. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu ketua RW 08 Sambiroto, ketua, pengurus, dan nasabah aktif Bank Sampah Resik Sejahtera.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Sampah Resik Sejahtera memiliki sejumlah program pengelolaan sampah organik dan anorganik yang sangat bermanfaat bagi keberlangsungan lingkungan. Dibentuknya program-program bank sampah dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi kebersihan RW 08 Sambiroto yang memprihatinkan, adanya kerentanan-kerentanan bencana alam, adanya potensi menuju kampung Proklim lestari, dan adanya rasa tanggungjawab terhadap lingkungan. Adapun dampak dari program-program bank sampah yaitu telah dilaksanakannya beberapa upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan bencana alam, perubahan kondisi lingkungan RW 08 yang menjadi bersih, menjadi sumber penghasilan tambahan masyarakat, dan membangun solidaritas masyarakat.

ABSTRACT:
The Resik Sejahtera Waste Bank has a significant role in overcoming the waste problem in the RW 08 Sambiroto environment. Even though it has only been running for 4 years, the Resik Sejahtera Waste Bank has succeeded in encouraging the public to manage waste properly and correctly. The reason the researcher chose this title is because the researcher is interested in understanding the program and the reasons why the Resik Sejahtera Waste Bank program was formed as well as the impacts of the program in increasing the productivity of the people of RW 08 Sambiroto.
This research uses qualitative research methods with field research and a descriptive approach. In collecting research data, researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research data sources include; primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from informants. Meanwhile, secondary data sources were obtained from the archives of the Resik Sejahtera Waste Bank and literature studies related to similar studies. The subjects of this research are the chairman of RW 08 Sambiroto, chairman, administrators and active customers of the Resik Sejahtera Waste Bank.
The research results show that the Resik Sejahtera Waste Bank has a number of organic and inorganic waste management programs which are very beneficial for environmental sustainability. The formation of the waste bank programs was motivated by the worrying condition of RW 08 Sambiroto's waste, the existence of vulnerabilities to natural disasters, the potential for a sustainable Proklim village, and a sense of responsibility towards the environment. The impact of the waste bank programs is that several efforts to prevent and deal with natural disasters have been implemented, changing the environmental conditions of RW 08 to make it cleaner, becoming a source of additional income for the community, and building community solidarity.
