Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh anteseden dari sikap secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi terhadap loyalitas nasabah layanan digital bank syariah. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan nasabah atau pengguna layanan digital bank syariah yang berdomisili di Kota Semarang dengan total 180 sampel. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepatuhan syariah melalui mediasi sikap berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah , 2) Manfaat yang dirasakan melalui mediasi sikap berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah , 3) Kepuasan tanpa ataupun dengan mediasi sikap berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah . Banyak dari responden yang terpilih menjadi sampel penelitian merupakan nasabah yang diharuskan menggunakan layanan digital bank syariah karena alasan pendidikan ataupun pekerjaan.
ABSTRACT:
This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of the antecedents of the ta'aqquli attitude directly or through mediation on the intention to continue using Islamic bank digital services. The population in this study are customers or users of Islamic bank digital services who live in the city of Semarang with a total of 180 samples. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) method with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the results of the study showed that: 1) Sharia compliance through the mediation of the ta'aqquli attitude influences the intention to continue use, 2) The perceived benefits through the mediation of the ta'aqquli attitude influence the intention to continue use, 3) Satisfaction without or with the mediation of the ta'aqquli attitude influence the intention to continue use. Many of the respondents who were selected as the research sample were customers who were required to use Islamic bank digital services for educational or work reasons.
