Abstract
Heterogenitas merupakan salah satu elemen yang diverifikasi sebagai pemicu konflik antarorganisasi keagamaan. Meskipun demikian, fenomena heterogenitas di SMP Alam Nurul Furqon Rembang telah mampu mengalihkan perbedaan sebagai pendorong terwujudnya sinergitas. Tiga organisasi yang melakukan afiliasi berbeda telah mampu membangun komunikasi organisasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini akan menjawab pertanyaan: (1) Bagaimana komunikasi organisasi antarpelajar di SMP Alam Nurul Furqon? (2) Bagaimana komunikasi organisasi dapat mempengaruhi moderasi beragama di SMP Alam Nurul Furqon?
Permasalahan penelitian dibahas melalui studi lapangan. Lokasi penelitian berada di SMP Alam Nurul Furqon di Desa Mlagen, Pamotan, Rembang. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipan di SMP Alam Nurul Furqon Rembang. Semua data dianalisis dengan pendekatan komunikasi dan analisis studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan logika induksi, deduksi, dan refleksi.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komunikasi organisasi antarpelajar dari IPNU, IPM, dan PII mengalami proses komunikasi yang terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur sehingga menimbulkan budaya komunikasi tersendiri. (2) Budaya komunikasi yang terbentuk berakibat pada terbentuknya karakter pelajar SMP Alam Nurul Furqon yang mencerminkan moderasi beragama melalui terciptanya lingkungan yang inklusif, egaliter, dan sikap saling toleran.
ABSTRACT:
Heterogeneity is one of the elements verified as a trigger for conflict between religious organizations. Nevertheless, the phenomenon of heterogeneity at SMP Alam Nurul Furqon Rembang has been able to shift differences as a driver for the realization of synergy. Three organizations that have different affiliations have been able to build good organizational communication. This research will answer the questions: (1) How is organizational communication between students at Alam Nurul Furqon Middle School? (2) How can organizational communication influence religious moderation at Alam Nurul Furqon Middle School?
Research problems are discussed through field studies. The research location is at Alam Nurul Furqon Middle School in Mlagen Village, Pamotan, Rembang. Data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and participant observation at Alam Nurul Furqon Middle School, Rembang. All data was analyzed using a communication approach and case study analysis. This research uses the logic of induction, deduction and reflection.
This research shows that (1) Organizational communication between students from IPNU, IPM, and PII experiences a structured and unstructured communication process, giving rise to its own communication culture. (2) The culture of communication that is formed results in the formation of the character of Alam Nurul Furqon Middle School students who reflect religious moderation through the creation of an inclusive, egalitarian and tolerant environment.
