Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk 1) Menggali bagaimana pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang ada di kelas Kuttāb awal yang ada di Kuttāb Al-Fātih Semarang. 2) Mengkaji pelaksanaan dan orientasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas Kuttāb awal yang ada di Kuttāb Al-Fātih Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Agama Islam yang ada di Kelas Kuttāb Awal Kuttāb Al-Fatih Semarang merupakan proses pembelajaran yang bersifat komprehensif terangkum dalam dua kurikulum yaitu kurikulum iman dan kurikulum Al-Qur’an. Materi yang dipelajari di kelas Kuttāb Awal adalah materi yang diambil dari ayat Al-Qur’an juz 30 kemudian diturunkan menjadi berbagai ilmu. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran berbagai macam namun yang menonjol adalah metode kisah. Orientasi pendidikan Agama Islam di Kuttāb Awal adalah perbaikan Adab peserta didik.
ABSTRACT:
This research was conducted with the aim of 1) Exploring how the learning of Islamic Religious Education in the early Kuttāb class in Kuttāb Al-Fātih Semarang was carried out. 2) To examine the implementation and learning orientation of Islamic Religious Education which is applied in the teaching and learning process in the early Kuttāb class in Kuttāb Al-Fātih Semarang. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation.
The results showed that Islamic Religious Education in the Kuttāb Awal Kuttāb Al-Fatih Class Semarang was a comprehensive learning process summarized in two curricula, namely the faith curriculum and the Qur'anic curriculum. The material studied in the Early Kuttāb class is material taken from the verse of the Qur'an juz 30 and then revealed to be various sciences. The methods used in learning are of various kinds, but what stands out is the story method. The orientation of Islamic education in the Initial Kuttāb is to improve the students' adab.
