Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepatuhan siswa kepada guru, faktor dan impilikasi kepatuhan siswa kepada guru pada siswa Madin. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi ini bersandar pada data wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Partisipan penelitian melibatkan, tujuh guru, dan tiga siwa. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis deskriptif kritis eksplanatif .
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap patuh siswa kepada guru tersebutlah yang menjadikan siswa nampak berilmu. Pendukung dan kendala dalam pembelajaran kepatuhan siswa kepada guru yaitu pendukung, meliputi sarana dan prasarana yang sudah memadai, materi pembelajaran yang sudah baik, siswa dan guru. Implikasi kepatuhan siswa kepada guru bahwa materi pembelajaran kepatuhan siswa kepada guru memiliki dampak yang sangat sangat besar dalam menumbuhkan sikap mulia siswa, sudah terbukti sebagain besar sudah dapat menerapkan sikap patuh kepada guru dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mereka nampak nenunjukkan ketaatan dan kepatuhan terhadap para pengajar dan para staf. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan ketika seorang siswa berpapasan dengan guru menundukkan kepala, mencium tangan ketika bersalaman, bahkan ada yang tidak berani memandang matanya.

ABSTRACT:
This study aims to describe student obedience to teachers, factors and implications of student obedience to teachers in Madin students. This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach relies on data from in-depth interviews and observations. The research participants involved seven teachers and three students. Data analysis uses explanative critical descriptive analysis model.
The results of the research show that it is the obedient attitude of students to the teacher that makes students get the blessing of knowledge and makes these students appear knowledgeable. Supporters and obstacles in learning student obedience to teachers namely supporters, including adequate facilities and infrastructure, good learning materials, students and teachers. The implication of student obedience to teachers is that learning materials of student obedience to teachers have a very, very big impact in cultivating a noble attitude of students, it has been proven that most of them can apply obedience to teachers in everyday life. They seem to show obedience and obedience to the teachers and staff. This can be proven when a student meets the teacher, bows his head, kisses his hand when he shakes hands, and some doesn't even dare to look him in the eye.
